A fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and dedicated workspace make this residence equally suited to families, small groups, or anyone who simply wants more room, indoors and out.



The Space:

This ground-floor residence is the largest footprint in our 1-bedroom collection, anchored by a private terrace that effectively doubles the living space. Inside, an open kitchen and living area create an easy flow for entertaining or relaxing, while direct ground-floor access adds convenience for guests coming and going frequently.



Guest Access:

•Full private access to the apartment

•Access to the 6th-floor social area, including the saltwater pool (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM), coworking lounge, and garden terrace with city and bay views

•Complimentary bicycle use for up to 2 hours per reservation (subject to availability)

•Paid underground parking available with prior reservation

•Elevator access to all floors

Just steps away you'll find independent cafés, art galleries, and rooftop bars, with the UNESCO World Heritage streets of Casco Viejo only a 5–7 minute walk from your door. Explore centuries-old plazas, a waterfront promenade, and some of the city's best dining, all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is highly walkable, with Casco Viejo, restaurants, cafés, museums, and rooftop bars just a short walk away. Complimentary golf cart rides to Casco Viejo may be available during scheduled operating hours (currently 6:00 PM–7:00 PM), subject to availability. For trips further afield, Uber and taxis are readily available, and private airport transportation can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
