Hotel Dann Carlton Marinn Place Panama Financial District
10/10 Excellent
"Great great location! Very safe. Close to metro and other restaurants, shops etc. staff was super kind and helpful at the bar, restaurant, bellmen and front desk- all outstanding customer service. Breakfast was great! Excellent coffee. The room was clean and the bedding as well. Gym and pool were well equipped and very clean. The only complaints I have are they could have coffee maker in the room and brighter lighting. My room felt dark and it’s hard when doing some work in there. Those two items would make it more comfortable for a business traveler. I’d definitely stay here again but would say add the coffee maker in the room."

"The room telephone was not operational. I asked the front desk for assistance twice, and it was never resolved. I was trying to order room service. So I had to walk downstairs each time I wanted service instead of having it delivered to my room. I wasn't happy about that."
