Everything was great with the exception of checkout. I requested an extra hour because I have chrons and mornings are difficult with me being in the bathroom a lot. Normally this is not an issue. This company wanted to charge me twenty-five an hour. I found this to be a little ridiculous. Other than that stay was great, communication was great!

Overall the condo was very nice inside & had pretty much everything you'd need kitchen wise. Loved the balcony, but the railing & floor could use a good scrub. The beach staff were wonderful & worked hard everyday to ensure things were ready for guests. Like others have mentioned the elevator is VERRRRYYY slow & using stairs at end of building is not really an option. It was quite frustrating locating the check in desk; poor signage and directions if you arrive at street level. BTW go all the way to the top of the spiral staircase. Also to note, as of this posting, construction is ongoing all along the main road where the hotel & restaurants are located.

We had a very good stay. The room was amazing and clean. The whole resort in it's self was ran to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to know there was 24hr security and that you could only access the resort with a special wrist band that only ages 13 and up had. We will definitely be returning. The room was beautiful with an amazing view! Just what we needed. I loved the way it was decorated also. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. Just was missing some matching lids for pans and could've used another baking sheet.. there was only a giant pizza pan. The only disappointing part was that the outdoor pools were super ice cold! Maybe it's too early in the season?

one of the outdoor hot tubs was broken and the other was dirty. for most of the stay one of the four lifts were in use. lifts were quick to get you to your floor yet took forever to come when called and they were quite noisey. you could hear the lifts from deep within the room all through the night.
