Stay directly across from the beach and enjoy beautiful views from the second and third floors! This immaculate and newly furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse offers three levels of ample and comfortable living space for your beach vacation! This property has a fully furnished lockout studio/cabana on the first floor with two additional levels of living space. Conveniently located directly across from the fine white-quartz sand and clear Gulf waters, Sand Castle Tower and Cabana comfortably sleeps six guests and can accommodate up to ten.

Sand Castle's first-floor unit is a lockout studio/cabana. It has a queen-size bed with a sitting area, fully-stocked kitchenette, full bath, SMART TV, Wi-Fi, and a private patio. The cabana comfortably accommodates up to two guests.

The second floor of Sand Castle Tower offers the following: Living room with a queen sofa sleeper and 65-inch SMART TV, bedroom with queen bed and SMART TV, full bath, fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig Coffeemaker (Single-serve & Drip), washer/dryer, a spacious wrap-around balcony with Adirondack chairs, and awesome gulf views from each side.

The third floor offers a spacious loft with a king-size bed, additional living space with a sofa sleeper, full bath, and a balcony with Adirondack chairs and beautiful gulf views.

All beds have Therapedic mattresses with adjustable bases that offers a variety of functions to customize your sleep.

SAND CASTLE TOWER & CABANA HOUSE RULES

1. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.
2. No smoking.
3. Pets are not allowed inside the property or on the grounds.
4. Quiet hours - 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
5. Please respect our home as well as our neighbors. Simply put, we ask that you treat as you would your own.

*If house rules #1, 2, 3, and/or 4 are violated, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit any refund. Also, a violation of house rule #4 will result in the guests being charged $600 for deep cleaning of the property.

Best decision we made for Beach Vacation. Location was perfect for families with small children and owners were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend giving this property a look for your beach vacation needs

Problems from the start

Our trip began with the property owners calling 30 minutes before our arrival to notify us our reservation was unavailable because the property was still currently occupied and will not be available until the following day. The Hosts offered a partial refund and suggested we stay at another property which 30 minutes away. They claimed VRBO caused the mix up. We reserved the Sand Castle Tower and Cabana. The Cabana unit had zero paper towel and half of a roll of toilet paper. Hot tub did not work consistently throughout our stay. Condoms were littered around the hot tub area. Property owner kept texting us about the door being left open during our stay, though it was closed unless we were entering or exiting the building. The text included a random video of a bear walking around someone’s yard. Cleaning service was late to complete the turnover cleaning, which delayed our check-in. The floors were still very filthy after cleaning service was done. We had to sweep ourselves and gathered a massive amount of dirt and debris. The property advertised having a beach cart and umbrellas. However, these items are not available. Host shut off door access an hour before check out, locking us out of our place. Then texted us the check out instructions. The property advertisement stated “Golf views from every window!” Which is a bit of an exaggeration, as the cabana has no views of the gulf.
