  • Welcome to Panama City Beach's newest and most luxurious beach front condominium. Overlooking the sugar white sand and emerald waters, Sterling Breeze unit 602, Lower 6th floor, offers a well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, 60' LED Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar with sub, PS3/Blue Ray Gaming System, HD Cable - with HBO, High Speed Internet, washer / dryer, luxurious linens, private balcony with breathtaking views. Sterling Breeze is the only building equipped with a grill on each balcony.

    Forget about having to buy and bring your own beach chairs. Included with the rental, two beach chairs with umbrella to use each day of your stay. Beach Service Included March 1st to Oct. 31. We also have a closet full of extras. We have extra back pack chairs, some beach toys for the little ones, beach mats, a cooler for you to take drinks to the beach and also a heavy duty beach cart to carry all your belongings!

    Avoid the hassle of 'check in' by going directly to your condo upon arrival. The keyless door entry system also allows you to enter your own personal access code.

    This two bedroom, two bath with bunkroom is located directly on the beach with panoramic views of the gulf.

    Relax and enjoy the morning out on the balcony experiencing the beautiful views while you have your morning coffee. If you need to exercise, step into the on site fitness center which overlooks the beach. Take a stroll down to the pool side Internet Cafe & Wine Bar and enjoy your favorite beverage while sunning pool side at the large gulf-front overflow edge pool, sitting around the fire pit or while enjoying the hot tub.

    After your day at the beach, take a short walk to Pier Park and enjoy all that it has to offer or stay in and enjoy the sunset on your private balcony.

    Sterling Breeze offers free high speed internet access, covered parking $50/vehicle, heated gulf front pool and hot tub, fitness center, beachfront fire pit in the pool area, Horseshoe pit in the parking garage, beach service and 24 Hour security. Located 15 minutes to Panama City Bay County International Airport and 1 mile from Frank Brown Park, Panama City Beach's premiere recreational park.

The condo is large, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly think of. The beach view is stunning and the pool is huge. This suite will be our new yearly vacation spot!

This condo was absolutely amazing! First one we've rented in years that didn't need to be cleaned as soon as we got there. It is stocked with everything you could ever need for your beach vacation and has plenty of room for everyone. Owners are amazing and treat you like a friend. The location is awesome...less traffic and hustle & bustle over the East side of PBC. Rent this condo.. you won't be disappointed!

Elevators were fast, walk out to the beach with no problem. There are 2 sets of steps to get out to the beach if you have any mobility issues. Great communications with the owner of the condo no issues whatsoever. Would gladly rent again.

Stayed July 18-25, 2026. Exceptional location and view. Despite tropical storm Bertha closing the beach and pool a few days, the family and I had a great time. The condo is wonderfully maintained and stocked. Being near the quick elevators is a tremendous bonus going in/out. Owners communicated great with any questions in our lead up to attending. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away and enjoy the sand and sun for awhile. The beach service was nice, but extremely chaotic (high tides washing chairs away, no rhyme or reason day to day on placement despite the gentleman running it saying we would take the same chairs all week day 1, etc…but maybe down to the storm). Wonderful experience overall and would certainly entertain again if headed to Panama City.

Great place to stay

Sterling breeze 602 was absolutely perfect. It was clean had beautiful views and being on the 6th floor wasn’t bad during peak elevator times. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great Trip

The property was just as described! The location was great, able to walk everywhere. The condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach, literally, chairs, toys and a cooler! Excellent communication from the beginning through check in, we will be back!

Best condo ever!

This is my favorite condo to stay in. I have been to this resort multiple times. And have stayed in this specific condo 2 times. I have tried other places in the resort and none compare to this unit. It has everything you could possibly need! Very clean and stocked well with supplies. Will definitely be booking again for our next family vacation!

Great location and great place to stay!

The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The view was gorgeous and we walked to Pier Park a few days. Pool was crowded at times and not a lot of lounge chairs but we were mainly there for the beach! Easy to contact the owners and they were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

Condo was very much as described. Nice place but we did see many other places with nicer amenities and easier walking access to shopping, restaurants, and things to do. The elevators were slow with long waits during certain times of day and chairs were hard to get at the pool but overall good trip!

Overall a great experience

Check in was a bit rocky, but the property was great and we didn’t have any issues after that. The owner was very apologetic about the issue we had and corrected it immediately. Overall great experience!!

Great place and fantastic owner renter communiction.

The property is great. Other than only 2 elevators and 1 is down for few months. Really hard to del with.
