Great Place to Stay

This condo was beautiful. The balcony has a large amount of furniture and awesome views of the gulf and sunsets. Walking distance to Pier Park. A cute deli style restaurant on site. The pool area is nice. First time using this company and I would definitely book with them again.

5 Star Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo - and Calypso 3! The servicing agency of our rental and stay was excellent! The condo provided us with all we needed. It was clean and efficient for the two of us! The Calypso 3 amenities were outstanding - the large, heated pool. The jacuzzi, the Emerald Hub for eating, and Coco Loco (tiki hut) for drinking by the pool! A few items for your consideration... The washing machine was probably the loudest I have ever heard. The coffee maker with the coffee pot was also very loud. We didn't have any information about the television channel lineup, which would have been helpful. Overall, we rated this as top notch! We would love the opportunity to return to stay again in the future!

Nice Apartment, great view, good pool

About this condo-the appliances are very nice, as well as the bathrooms. I guess there just felt like a shortage of furniture. The living room only had a couch and one chair. There was no dresser in the bedroom so unpacking your clothes isn't easy and there is nothing in the en suite toilet closet so no place to put any extra toilet paper lol! These were minor issues for sure. The balcony is fantastic, you could even dine out there since there was a nice table. One warning, the pool here is cold. We were here in August and it was 90s, it's just the pool doesn't get direct sunlight except from 11-4 or 5PM and to an adult, the water is cold. I imagine if you stayed Calypso 1-2 the pools were warmer because of the direction of the buildings. Overall, great stay!
