This 1-bedroom, two bath condo comfortably accommodates up to six people making this the perfect place for families and friends to play in paradise. From Pier Splendor's west end location in Panama City Beach, you can grab your walking shoes and take a stroll to Russell-Fields Pier, shop at Pier Park where you'll find over a dozen restaurants and one hundred specialty and anchor stores, or quickly drive to area highlights such as Gulf World for an unforgettable swim with the dolphins!

A well-appointed kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, and a great view affords convenience for times when a home cooked meal is the only item on the menu. The bright and airy bedroom provides privacy, a king-sized bed, and boasts an en suite bath with full shower/tub combo. Adults and kids alike will love the cute, twin-over-twin hallway bunk beds nicely located near the second hallway bath complete with a full stand-up shower. And the queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers the best morning wake up view in the house.

Calypso community offerings include access to the private beach area, 1 seasonally heated outdoor swimming pool, a seasonal tiki bar, and full fitness center. Calypso also offers convenient 15-minute parking in front of the resort for vehicle unloading and loading.

*GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A $60.00 PARKING PASS FEE SEPARATELY FROM RESERVATION TOTAL. MAX 1 PASS. ONCE YOUR RESERVATION IS BOOKED, A CONFIRMATION LINK WILL BE EMAILED WITH YOUR ARRIVAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS ON PAYING FOR THE PARKING PASS. THE PASS MUST BE PRINTED PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, LEFT IN YOUR WINDSHIELD AND DISPLAYED FOR ENTRY AND EXIT TO THE GATED PARKING GARAGE UPON ARRIVAL AND THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY. CALYPSO RESORT & TOWERS DOES NOT ALLOW TRAILER PARKING, GOLF CARTS, SCOOTERS, MINI VEHICLESOR BOATS OF ANY TYPE ON PREMISES OR IN THE PARKING DECK. MAX VEHICLE HEIGHT IS 7' AND THERE IS NO PROMISE OF ONSITE PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 1 day prior to arrival.

Pier Splendor is also available for long term winter rentals from November to the end of February. Guests that stay at the property longer than 1 month will have a cap on electric utilities. The owner will pay $100 of the electric bill each month, with guest responsible for any overage. Please note that the cleaning fee will be higher for long term stays, which will not reflect when booking through this website. The cleaning fee will be calculated when the reservation comes through and you will be contacted with the total amount.unt.

Really enjoyed our stay. Living Room had plenty of of space for 6. Furniture was comfortable. Elevators were quick (a little backed up for move in and move out, as expected). Pools never too crowded. Great Fireworks viewing. Could walk to many restaurants. Overall great experience.

Absolutely beautiful

The property was very clean with an amazing view. Additional beach chairs were provided. I only have one suggestion that some food utensils are changed out due to rust looking substance on it. I would return to this property to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay overall although both sinks in the bathroom did not have stoppers that worked properly-broken Making it difficult to retrieve anything dropped in the sink. Couldn’t easily remove stopper once inserted.

Great location

Amanda was amazing to work with renting this property. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Elevators and parking was not an issue. I drive a Yukon XL and navigated the parking deck without issue. The unit could be a little cleaner (deep cleaning).

The bedroom had an amazingly soft king size bed that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only real negative was the internet did not work very well but we didn’t watch much tv.

A week at the beach!

We have stayed in Calypso for so long I don't even remember when we started. This condo was similar to other one BR in size and configuration. Overall, a nice place to stay for the week. We had teens with us, so the sturdy bunks worked out great for them as opposed to some other condos with lesser weight limits. The master was a little tight with the bed and bathroom door, but the size of the bed makes it nice to sleep in. The condo was clean and well stocked as advertised.
