Enjoyable winter getaway

From the beginning of planning this trip to the last day every thing was wonderful. The host was very friendly and prompt to answer any questions I had. This was my first experience with Vrbo and I must say I will be back. The resort was wonderful and family oriented!!! The condo was just as described and pictured online.

Perfect family vacation

We’ve stayed at Splash many times with our younger kids and loved this unit. The decor was nice and being on the second floor allowed us to skip the elevator lines. We’d love to come back some day!

Loved the condo and location. Being on the 2nd floor was definitely a plus with taking the stairs and not having to wait on elevator and still had a great view of ocean/beach. Will be returning again!

Great for our small kids!

Our family of 5 (kids: 5, 3 and 4 months) really enjoyed our stay at Splash! The entire hotel is kid friendly and we loved the water park!!! The room was clean and just enough space for all of us! My only complaint is the bed is pretty firm but honestly, it wasn’t terrible for our short stay! We’ll definitely stay again in the future!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family! The second floor unit was convenient and for us, high enough for a view with small kids. Right next to the elevator, which was a plus. Our boys loved everything about this resort. Even had a discussion about coming back before our trip was even over.

Had a great time room was awesome. However we had no toilet paper at check in thankfully we packed some. Elevator messed up the last two days which is out of their control but surprised it wasn’t fixed quickly.

Daughter and mom

Rented this very nice room for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. I came from Alabama they came from Illinois for a 7 day stay. Was wonderful. Very nice rental. Clean all you needed. We loved it . About 8 min. From Pier Park. We had a great and wonderful time. Would definitely recommend staying here. One of the best condos i have been in we travel to Florida about 4xs a year. Thank you for having us.

Very nice condo and tastefully decorated. We liked being on the second floor. The view was still great but it was less time on the elevator and we could use the stairs if the elevator line was long.

Nice place to stay

Nice condo! There was a mix up with the condo number and the owner was so quick to get it fixed! My understanding is the cleaning is done by SPLASH, it was very clean. The only 2 suggestions I would make is to dust around the vents (no big deal) and clean/oil the track of the sliding glass door. Would book again!
