Our home is available to people who wish to go on vacation. Newly updated floor and furniture! Recently painted.

Come and enjoy the White Sand and most beautiful beach in the world! Where Paradise meets Reality, our beach home will become your Home Away from Home. Located in the quiet Thomas Drive area, your family will be able to Relax at night and Play during the day. Fun Family Attractions and Restaurants within walking distance.

Space to sleep up to 8 people with all the conveniences of home including your own garage. No overcrowded hotel parking and walking miles to your room.

Walking distance to many great places for dining such as Capt'n Jacks Seafood Buffet, Liza's Kitchen, Finn's Surf Shack and more! Hammerhead Fred's, Pineapple Willy’s and Panama City Beach Winery are less than a mile away, but Ms. Newby’s is even closer!

Fun Attractions Emerald Falls is less than a mile away while other activities such as Wonderworks, Ripley's, Zoo World, Gulf World, and Ship Wreck Island Waterpark are less than 5 minutes away. Pier Park is a short drive for great shopping, dining, and entertainment!

Enjoy what the sea has to offer by visiting Captain Anderson's Marina on Thomas Drive. Go Deep Sea Fishing on a charter boat or rent a boat for the day. Also located nearby is St. Andrews State Park with ferry rides to Shell Island with beautiful beaches, shelling, and wild life. Stop by Mr. Surf Shop to rent paddle boards, surfboards, skimboards and bikes to enjoy during your visit.

Bring your golf clubs and golf at the 18 holes Signal Hill Golf Course less than 2 miles away from the house. Miniature Golf and recreation center within walking distance at Emerald Falls on Thomas Drive for the children.

Located close to the Panama City Beach Naval Base for military families who wish to enjoy the amenities the Naval Base has to offer.

• Guest Rooms 1- (Master Bedroom) King Size bed with Private Master Bathroom, Ceiling Fan, HDTV
• Guest Room 2- Queen Size bed, Ceiling Fan
• Guest Room 3- Bunk Beds with Twin over Full, Ceiling Fan
• Dining Room features a large table that accommodates up to 9 people with additional seating at bar.
• Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, Ceiling Fan, HDTV, and BlueRay/DVD/VCR player.
• Kitchen is fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator w/ icemaker, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, with pot/pans/utensils/coffee maker, blender, slowcooker, etc.
• Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board.
• Two car garage extra space for the kids to play.

Beach Access-
• Beach access #16 closest to the house (900ft) walk or drive! Public parking making it easy to load up the car and take all your stuff to the beach in one trip.
• R.Seltzer Park is also a short walk and has public parking along with restrooms, showers and a handicap accessibility ramp.
• A doggie beach is located at Pier Park

Boat Access-
• Several boat access spots located on North Lagoon behind our home.
Pet Fee- non-refundable $75 for one dog under 50lbs. No other pets allowed

The house was extremely nice. Only complaint was the floors were a little dirt but that is to be expected at a beach house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was within walking distance so no need to drive much. We will for sure recommend this house to anyone.

There were dead cockroaches under furniture in at least 2 rooms, the white bathroom towels were stained and should be bleached, bedspread/coverings not laundered between guests, total sand in the back yard made it unusable, TV in living room would not connect to the Wi-Fi, had to be unplugged everytime we used it to “reset” it to find the Wifi, I messaged property manager and they got back to us later stating the Wi-Fi address which we already had, the main water pipe broke outside by driveway and we had to contact the utilities to help stop it flooding the side yard. We checked out early, but I had no idea how to let the cleaning people know this? This property needs more communication and cleaning/supplies. I would have cleaned up more, but the vacuum didn’t suck, and the old broom wouldn’t sweep up sand/hair either. I would have started laundry if there were some laundry pods.

Was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up to the house, the location was very close to beach access and the home was way bigger than the pictures made it look. We could have walked to the beach but chose to drive and there is a convenient parking area right by the access point. There is also a nice gas station right across the residential street that had a few last minute necessities. Kitchen was one of the best stocked rentals we’ve been in for pots, pans, utensils, etc.

This was our second stay. Owners are super responsive and accommodating which is why we came back. It has been a few years between stays and house is starting to show some wear which is expected of a rental. Some fresh paint and new mattress in master would be great but overall very pleased and will definitely stay again.

Cute house but not being cleaned well enough. The towels were dingy and didn't look clean. The floors had not been swept and mopped.The floors were gritty. The fans had not been cleaned. They had dust around the edge. The edge of the coffee table had been chewed off by an animal. Cleaners are not doing there job.

Great house with plenty of room. It was also in a great location within walking distance to the beach and gas station next door. Lots of fun things to do within walking distance or just a short drive. Check in was easy and house had everything you need as far as dishes and pots n pans. Microwave didn’t work and house wasn’t very clean. Bedding had dog hair all over it and there were mice. Other than that it’s a great house for a family trip.

Everything was perfect!! Check in was easy with the door code and no keys to keep up with at the beach. The house was clean and the enclosed garage was wonderful and secure. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the beach was it too far away. We would definitely stay there again the next time we go to the beach.

We stayed here for four nights and every night there will be cops and emergency vehicles on road. The sirens will wake you up. The Main Street is 100 feet away and most of the times you come out in night you will notice multiple police cars at a point. Definitely the safety of the place is a serious concern here. There is a strip club just quarter mile away. In regards to property the cleanliness is a big concern. Both bathroom shower curtains are filled with moss. Linens are not properly put on all beds. Biggest concern the property manager is not available most of the time. Highly over priced looking at the property and location with safety concerns.
