Beautifully updated with a renovated kitchen and sleek, modern style, this gulf-front condo enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand shores below. This 17th-floor escape comes with a private balcony, a wonderful location on the west side of Panama City Beach, and amenities at Tidewater Beach Resort that include free seasonal beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a game room, and an expansive gym with a sauna and steam room.

Do a bit of shopping or go see a movie at Pier Park, where you'll have 124 stores and a number of excellent restaurants and sources of entertainment to choose from. The Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (the host of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series) is less than a mile east, and Frank Brown Park's many events are one mile north. If you're looking to kayak, swim, or walk on serene beaches, take a drive 11 miles east to St. Andrews State Park.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

we love this place before , but no any more

The dryer was not working and we call vacasa , but no get help we stay one week and we need to dry our clothes everywhere on the condominium . The cleaning was ok but later I look under the bed and I find cigarette and a lot dust this time was terrible on the condominium

Very clean with a beautiful view!

We chose this location on the beach because it was an easy walk to Pier Park and we were not disappointed. I had heard terrible stories about dealing with this particular rental agency and the elevators being slow in these buildings. We went during fall break and it wasn't bad at all. Over the weekend the resort seemed to be a little busier and the elevators took a little longer, but it was not at all what I had braced myself for. When we checked in and went up to the unit and looked around, everything was VERY clean. That is always the first thing I check out. The condo was supplied with more than enough towels and paper products for the week for two of us. We arrived on a Tuesday and got married on the beach Friday and enjoyed our short honeymoon there until we headed home the following Tuesday. I plan to book it again for next year for our first anniversary.

Would never stay at the Tidewater again…

The room was ok, did have a good view of gulf but was not clean. There was hair in the shower, stains on the couch and a large dehumidifier left on the kitchen table. Called 3 times about having someone come get it, as it took up almost half of the table and finally 3rd say someone did. The elevator situation is AWFUL!!! Some people were getting so upset over waiting, there were two different times we seen someone completely lose their cool, and start flipping out which wasn’t a good scene for the kids. The pool was also very dirty…

Great location, not very clean.

Vacasa did an amazing job responding and being helpful. However, the condo fell short of meeting our expectations. The master bed was advertised as a queen, definitely was a full. The master bathroom had not been deep cleaned in a long, long time. There was mildew on the shower tiles and the sliding doors were broken. They also had this brown/red looking gunk all over the shower doors which would indicate to me that a deep clean was really necessary! The area rug was so dirty I felt grossed out that my kids sat on it or even walking on it. With the prices we paid for the week, I’d like to feel comfortable in a clean environment. Housekeeping offered to come in and clean, but they informed me that it would just be surface area. The elevators were an issue on check in day, but not too terrible the rest of the week. The location was super convenient though! The condo did have basic starter supplies and lots of towels. The washer and dryer worked great for us! NOTE: if you are a person who’s usually cold, BRING A BLANKET! They only provided thin little blankets and we weren’t made aware of that until the day we checked in. We were driving from Indiana and stayed halfway the night before. Luckily, we brought blankets from home.

This unit is beautiful and the views are amazing. We loved the double balcony entry. The until had its own little hallways which made I feel like made it a lot quieter! Both bathrooms are large and both were stocked with plenty of towels etc. I would say if you like ice, to take your own ice trays though! The unit didn’t have any and the fridge didn’t have an ice maker! We can’t wait to stay here again! The staff was extremely nice and the pre stay follows ups were really helpful! The beach service was also great!

The place is Beautiful with the view and nice decor

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and the place is beautiful with a beautiful ocean view. We came across some issues while in the condo with the dryer not working well at all and the stove took forever to start boiling our water for pasta. The other issue I had was there was a bag with the sheets and pillowcases for the pull out couch but absolutely no extra blankets which was very hard to sleep with at night we had to use a sheet. There also were two fridge raiders the one in the kitchen didn’t work at all and the other white one did so we used that one but they were both very small. Over all we had a great time and the place it’s self was very nice. We were luck to not have to wait hours for any of the elevators only on some occasions we waited tops 15 minutes or so. There were plenty of towels.

We enjoyed this unit! It looked exactly as pictured. The staff were very nice and helpful. No complaints with the property. I was told by an owner of a unit that was visiting to check the status of elevators, they are putting in new elevators and new work out room equipment. We didn’t really have an issue with elevator wait time too much. Of course the busy hours around 10 or 4 could be a little bit of a hassle but that is to be expected with a building of over 500 units and 30 floors. We were here the week of May 9th so it wasn’t peek season. The pools were nice. Easy Beach access. You have plenty of options if you want to walk to grab some food or something. No complaints!

AMAZING property with breathtaking views!

This property was everything and more! Clean, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, tons of amenities, breathtaking views, and only five steps from the elevator. We were thoroughly impressed with this property and will definitely be returning. Trust me, if you’re wondering about this place, don’t, because it has everything you need and without a doubt, you’ll be beyond pleased!

great vacation rental!

we booked this condo for a 6 night stay and we loved it! it is very clean and modern. Fresh white towels, fresh white bed sheets, strong AC, laundry and dryer, also comes with a few beach floaties to borrow. We loved our stay here and how big and spacious it felt even though we stay with a family of 6. There are quite a lot of elevadors in the building. The most i had to wait for the elevator was 10 mins. I do what to add that the beach is a bit crowded. i think it due to the condo unite being so big and so many people stay with them, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend this rental!

Great room, kitchen supplies lacking

This room was very nice, clean, and recently updated. The only complaint was the very sparse kitchen supplies. They did not have a can opener anywhere that I could find. That’s a pretty basic necessity for a kitchen. Also, we didn’t have any plastic dishes l which we like to use when on the balcony. So bring your own can opener and non breakable dishes!
