The place is little crowded but is fun, especially for the kids. Lots of things to do, lazy river, Jacuzzi, gym, tiki bar, live music. Neat to the famous Pineapple Willy’s.

We always have a great time at Shores of Panama. The location is great, it’s right next door to pineapple Willy’s with a Walmart just across the block for groceries and staples. Parking might be difficult if you have a large suv. This condo is ocean facing. The balcony is great for morning coffee.

Wonderful property!!!! Great pool area! Beach access with outside showers to keep the sand at bay!! We had 6 kids and could have stayed longer it was so spacious. Walmart was across the street.

Perfect location, great views, comfortable stay.

Our family of 5 stayed at the shores for spring break and were very comfortable and had a positive stay. The association maintains the pool area, grounds, and beach area very nicely and staff was helpful. We were surrounded by families and didn't encounter any problems or rowdy guests. Having a balcony was ideal and provided wonderful views of the water and pool. Check-in was seamless and the location is very convenient. We did have problems with our bracelets not triggering the access panels which was annoying, but there were always staff available to assist in a timely manner.

Parking is super narrow is super hard to go up it down if other cars are coming the opposite way. The property itself was beautiful! Parking garage is very tight and hard to maneuver. Long walk from garage to room. Condo was not as clean as it should’ve been.

Prison

Room was beautiful. Hotel is like a prison. Guards at every entrance and the parking garages. Parking garage is built for a small car and only one car per room. Others have to park 2 miles away in a paid overflow lot. Guards will not let you in garage at all of sticker is not properly displayed. Our parking space was convenient to our room so that was nice.

Off to a bad start

Got to the room on Sunday afternoon at 4:40 pm and did not have the wristbands or parking pass. So I called and waited 3 hours and then was told I had to go pick up the Wristband and parking pass at a different location while on the way I was in a car accident so was not a great start to the vacation.

When we showed up at the property it was not ready for us at all there were holes in the wall leaking on the walls mold on the shower head and curtains. There were also dirty dishes, a broken bed leg, the bunk beds were unsafe, and a whole bunch of other things. Even though all this was wrong with the room the communication was amazing I do wish I got a bigger refund for the fact that maintenance was in our room 3 days in a row fixing all the issues.

Just bad all the way around.

Not adequate linens for the amount of beds. Dirty bathrooms. Broken items in kitchen. Stains on curtains. Windows half washed. Resort was not being properly ran. Security along with all other dtaff was rude. Security was intimidating and scary. Did not feel safe at all.

Property has only four elevators and are very slow and not ventilated. Steff is rude.

Property was ok, Pretty much the basics. No sheets for the sofa sleeeper, multiple light bulbs out in bathroom. The info listed a reserved parking space in the panhandle gateway site but that was not included? When I called, Panhandle staff was Courteous and the gentlemen who delivered the sheets was very nice.

Everything was pretty great there were just a few things keeping me from giving the full five stars. The internet was very poor and dropped frequently. There were no cleaning supplies in the unit (soap for cleaning surfaces, hand soap, broom to sweep up sand, etc.). Most of the staff weren't very friendly. That being said, the unit was beautiful and the view was amazing.

The condo we booked was extremely dirty and had mold all over, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! The bathrooms had mold! The living area curtain had mold, one of the bed was broken, and the kitchen was filthy! As soon as we walked in you could see how much hair was all over the floor! Yet we still had to pay for a filthy room. They only sent someone super late to fix the bed and take a towel to wipe the mold off the tubs! No manager was ever available, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SHORES OF PANAMA THEY ARE FILTHY!
