As you enter the first level of the home you will find the first two bedrooms! The first is a master suite with king size bed, private bathroom and access to the patio! The second is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and its own private bathroom! As you make your way to the second level, you will enter the main living space. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area are tastefully decorated and full of beachy charm that will make you feel right at home. There is a dining room table for 7-8 plus room for 4 additional at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need when you want to stay in and cook dinner! Have your morning cup of coffee on the covered second level patio! This level also features another guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunks Twin over Full with a shared bathroom.

The third floor houses and "Suite" with a Queen Size Bed, Private Bathroom and Private Balcony. Sit back and take in the breathtaking views of the gulf and unbeatable sunsets from the third level!

Enjoyable Getaway

Great place to stay with family and friends. Location was great in relation to the beach. Condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 9 of us. Highly recommend host and property. Would stay again.

Great location and plenty space for everyone

We had a great vacation. The house has plenty space to accommodate 10 adults and teenagers. Location is just a short walk away. Close to Rosemary, Alys and Seagrove. Restaurants and supermarkets just 5 to 10 mins drive. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great condo! Great location!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! There were so many extras and the location was phenomenal! Lots of beach towels and beach chairs come with the rental, which was awesome! The beach access is right across the street and such an easy walk! We had 8 adults and an infant and there was plenty of room for all of us. You will not regret staying here!

Great family beach home

We loved staying at this property! The beach was just across the street and it was easy access for our family including toddlers. The house had everything we needed to make the trip easy and enjoyable. The only downside was the ability to hear everything from the very first floor (including those just walking around upstairs). Also, it was difficult beach access with several stairs. This was somewhat difficult with our large amounts of stuff for the family (beach wagons, coolers, tents, etc). Other than that, we loved the house and we would definitely stay there again!

Great house at a fantastic location!

The house is located across from a quiet stretch of beach and is close enough to both Panama City Beach and Destin with lots of convenient shops in both directions. The house had everything we needed and even included beach chairs and other extras. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the owners were quick to answer any questions we had!
