custom kitchen all with spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
WOW-===Live in Luxury----Not many condos are even close to looking like this one- This condo has been gutted and everything is top of the line custom. Everything is new- tile throughout--Custom Bathrooms-Custom kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and Granite.

This condo already boosts a state of the arts tv package for your enjoyment after a fun fulled day at the beach or pool. The living room has a 46 inch screen with blue ray player.

All linens and dinnerware, appliances, vacuum are provided. Bring your beach towels, lotions and favorite hair dryer.

WATERCREST RESORT has 1 huge heated pool. Outdoor HOT TUB and Kiddie pool.

WATERCREST RESORT has its own indoor RACKET BALL COURT. An outdoor TENNIS COURT and an outdoor shuffleboard court.

NON-SMOKING, NO PETS!! The RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT and renter must be staying in the condo during the entire rental period. ADULT/FAMILY RENTERS ONLY.

Parking is at a premium on the beach. Most Resorts do not allow Trailers, RV's, Boats etc onsite.. Call before you reserve.

I stay at Watercrest every time we go to PCB....this condo was modern/updated and as nice as any one I've stayed at in the facility. We would most definitely stay at this one in the future.

We had a great week at The Watercrest. The condo is located on the quieter end of the beach, which we prefer. It has been beautifully updated. The views are amazing! John and Denise made the check in process so easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Condo needs a good deep cleaning. Under beds, sofa & furniture not dusted or mopped in a while. ***Showers need handicap bars in them. Exhaust fan did not work in master bathroom. Condo was nicely updated.convenient location.

We were really impressed with the condo. I have stayed at quite a few vacation condos before but this was by far the best. The condo is beautiful and well taken care of. The property around it is also very nice. Pool and beach are wonderful. I am looking forward to coming back again.

Contrary to other reviews, we found the property immaculate - very clean. Wish we would have found this place when our kids were littles - lots of beach toys and boogie boards in the condo for your use. Appreciated that there was hand soap, salt and pepper, dishwashing detergent, TP, paper towels and some laundry pods to start us off with. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans, baking pans and utensils - only thing lacking were some mixing bowls for salads and such. Regardless there’s a Dollar Store down the street and you’re about a mile from 2 grocery stores. Great restaurants, the harbor and beach stores are close by as well. You can walk down the beach to St Andrews State Park. If you want the quieter side of PCB this is the place for you. Would recommend and come back again😀

The property was exactly as shown in the photos. It was great having a reserved parking space, and the accompanying beach chairs were also a bonus. Tiki Bar in the lobby by the pool was nice, although in March no drinks were allowed onto the beach. The only thing I would change as the owner would be add a few more trash bags and a couple extra rolls of TP. The description does say started pack, but the garbage bags were gone quickly. Working with the rental agency was flawless. Had the door code before we arrived, the beach front view and location were exactly what we were looking for. Next time we only hope for better weather but would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this property was marred by two random accidents that we had related to our toddler during our stay. Unfortunately, there was a floor lamp in the unit that was unstable and our baby knocked down it down shattering the glass. In addition, my husband accidentally broke a small tray sitting inside of the sharp-edged coffee table as he was trying to move it out of the way for the baby. These were unfortunate mishaps but the owner was extremely rude and nasty about it. We have paid for the damages we were responsible for in full (for which the owner definitely overestimated costs for) which was fair. However, his attitude about it all was not befitting of a gentleman, but more of a bully. I would steer clear from this property at all costs.

Enjoyed this condo for second time this year. Was not sure of cleanliness as crumbs on tables and sponge on one of the beds, and found Cheerios everywhere. Disappointed no chairs with umbrellas on beach, even though papers said they would be there thru October 31. Still a great location.
