In addition, you will have access to all the resort amenities of The Inn at St. Thomas Square - including swimming pools and tennis courts! The living area is spacious and updated, and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to create everyday meals. You may even decide to cook out in the shared grilling area.

Additional amenities include WiFi access and an in-home washer/dryer. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon- Fri.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. We were able to wash due to the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. We had plenty of kitchen utensils, pots pans, and dishes. Once we arrived there was a small issue with one of the TVs and Internet connection. I called and someone was there within minutes to fix the situation. The only drawback was that we were on the side of the building that was a little loud with traffic. All in all it was a good experience.

Customer service was horrible! This was this worse place we've ever stayed! No working TV bathroom was horrible finding the actual condo was horrible just an horrible experience! We left 2 days early it was so bad

Old, Outdated and very dark.

Only positive-The refrigerator was new and very nice. The furniture was very worn and not comfortable. No cable which means no local channels and not enough band width to stream properly. VERY NOISY at night-all night because of the location of this unit. Bathroom outdated. Had to close drapes to keep unit cool but very little lighting so always dark. Bring any amenities- No, paper towels, Kleenex, dishcloth, pot holders, placemats or hair dryer. Very disappointed.

Few issues that would help

Just across from the beach so walking there daily is easy. Access and parking across the street too. New floors are nice, kitchen stocked pretty well, and ice maker was amazing. The needed fixed items are the slanting shower where you feel like you will fall out and nothing stays on the shelves and they just fall over. The security gate never worked and lots of random people around the parking lot. The blinding lights from the area come straight into the bedroom at all hours of the night. The bedroom needs curtains to help keep the light out at night. Overall not the worse but not the best. Few fixes and this would be great!!

The bathroom faucet leaked the whole time, not just a little leak, but ran a lot of water. There were no wash cloths (went and bought my own). When we first turned on the water in the tub it was black. The tub and bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly. The floors were dirty with sand. The master bedroom windows beed window coverings. The billboard outside the window is bright and the blonds aren’t enough to block it out. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Either needs a whole new mattress or a mattress cover. It is as hard as a board! There is a cabinet door in the kitchen that is broke, as well. We were only there for two nights so I didn’t feel the need to call property management since most of this is a maintenance issue!

This property needs a new mattress, blackout curtains in the bedroom, a good floor cleaning, sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain appropriately, tub faucet leaks all the time. Finding the building was difficult because they aren’t marked. It was an excellent location. Plenty of room for four people!

Pretty good rental.

Great location, nice area. The room could use some upkeep, but I would stay there again. Didn't like how the maintenance people blew dirt and dust all over the vehicles.

Condo is nice, I had everything I needed. The area around the condos tends to be loud at night. I've stayed in this area once before and both times there was always revving motorcycles and cars all night.
