This magnificent home is truly a rare opportunity in WaterSound Beach on Scenic Highway 30A and meets all of your vacation needs!

Located just steps from the beach, it exudes coastal elegance at its finest. Interiors encompass impressive attention to detail & extraordinary finishes. Open & fluid living room including a custom stone fireplace. A chef's dream kitchen overlooks a private outside retreat including an amazing heated pool and a cabana bath. The screened porch has a fireplace and bi-fold screen doors that open to the pool deck, which allows ample space for entertaining. The main level also includes a junior master bedroom complete with ensuite bath. A powder room is available for all of your guests.

The second floor master retreat has vaulted shiplap ceilings & a spacious sitting area for reading & relaxing. The master ensuite bath includes an enclosed glass shower, modern soaking tub & large walk-in closet. The second floor guest bedroom & the adjacent bunk room exude a perfect beach vibe with a calming coastal palette & functional designer touches. This theme extends to their shared bath which is rich in detail.

The home is located across the street from a large, open green space perfect for sports and recreation. We are mere steps from the Dunesider Pool available year round. Amazing shops and dining at the "Big Chill" (formerly the "Hub") are a 2 minute bike ride or a 10 minute walk away. There you will enjoy food options your whole family will love from burgers to BBQ to seafood. Watch movies under the stars, play bingo with the family, or enjoy free live concerts in the large greenspace.

All parking is on the driveways at this home. There is a single parking space for a medium to larger car between this home and our neighbor to the west (340 Boat Wright) and the driveway is designed for 2 smaller cars or one larger car, parked diagonally. There is no street parking permitted in front of the home and no garage spaces are available. Additional vehicles may be left in the parking lot IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE between 30A and the Watersound Beach Gatehouse entrance. Parking is limited throughout the Watersound Beach neighborhood but you are rewarded with great proximity to the private and unspoiled beaches.

This is a "clean linen" home. ALL guest facing linens will be laundered after each stay.

There are beds for 8 on property. There is a queen blow up mattress available upon request to accommodate the maximum capacity of 10 if needed. Please advise of need for mattress at booking.

Location and house were perfect! Alison and her husband were very responsive, helpful and kind. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds in the house were extremely comfortable! You can tell it is well cared for and a home away from home. The outside setup was wonderful and we loved being able to see the Christmas lights of the tree path from inside the house. Thank you so much for opening the home to us!

This was a wonderful house. My children loved being able to utilize the pool on property. It was so close to the beach and to the ckub, which had a food and beverage facility that we loved using on the way to the beach every day. The house was clean and spacious. We had a great time.

Loved staying in WaterSound for the first time. Only complaint about the house was the outdoor seating area was very dirty and unkempt which was a surprising. Other than that the house was very lovely.

Beautiful house in great location. Easy walk to the beach and appreciated the bikes and beach cart. The owner, Darrell was a pleasure to work with. While staying there for a week we decided mid-week to extend our stay another 5 nights since the home was available. Enjoyed the quiet community of Watersound. Agree with another review that some of the furniture showed a bit of wear and tear but it did not dampen our stay and it sounds like those minor things have been taken care of. Would happily return again.

The house is beautifully furnished and functional, but it needs a deep thorough cleaning. The sofa and rugs are stained and worn from use. The home was perfect for our group and the location can’t be beat. We love the fact that you can’t see homes from the beach and the solitude that provides. I would and will rent this home again if available, I just hope it receives a deep clean prior.

Second time at this property. Beautiful and well appointed home. Great for large families or gatherings. Steps from the beach boardwalk. Nice small pool for after-beach lounging. Easy check-in and great communication. Minimum number of bath towels provided, so you will need to keep up with the laundry. Same number of beach towels provided, which is helpful. Bring extras for your group. Common living room/seating area can be a little dark (minimal sunlight) but this is offset by screened in porch area and beautiful reading nook upstairs. You won't be disappointed with this property.

Perfect house for our summer getaway to the 30A. We definitely enjoyed having the pool at the house so we could enjoy on the days we couldn’t enjoy the beach. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate the entire week and the beach had double red flags a few days. Great easy access to the beach, though there are some stairs - not too many so we still brought our stroller along. The house is very nice. Would definitely recommend and hope we can visit again!

2nd time staying at this lovely home and our experience was just a good as our first! Highly recommend. Alison our host was so responsive and helpful. Just steps from the WaterSound Beach club and the beach, the location is perfect for families wanting to a quiet vacation spot in this gated community. A darts throw across the street is a large green space which was perfect for letting the kids play and throw the football/baseball. We had a few inconveniences with some HVAC and microwave issues, but Alison and the owner were Johnny to the spot to help fix the issues and even gave us a credit for one night which was such a nice gesture. We plan on coming back again next year !

This home is beautiful and very clean. It is one of the best equipped homes we have stayed at. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative is the parking spots are VERY small and I could barely fit a full size truck. Over all we had a great time.

The house was amazing. Communication perfect. Could not have asked for a better week. Will definitely book again. I loved being in a more private secluded area but still near all the restaurants and shopping. Beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all even during fall break.

Loved our stay here! Location was perfect for our family with kids ages 8, 6 and 4. Short walk to the beach and community pool. Also a nice field across from the house where kids could play. The entire 30A area was crazy crowded the week we were here and this community with the private beach was a nice retreat from the chaos. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted time packing all of my kids beach toys bc the house had plenty to choose from and a wagon. My kids swam in the private pool every free chance they had. Thanks for tiring them out :). Bikes provided were a nice addition too. Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful neighborhood. The only complaint I have is the parking. It's very tight but doable and it does appear to be like every other property parking in the neighborhood.

Had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of beach toys and two bicycles for our use as well. Great location with a short walk to the beach and community pool. We hope to return next year!

We had the best time and loved this house! I am very picky about cleanliness and this house was one of the cleanest we’ve seen. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the kitchen and the outdoor area. We spent a lot of time by the pool and lounging in the outdoor family room. It is nice and close to the beach. We were able to load the wagon and walk every day. It wasn’t too far for our 4 year old. The owner was great and answered all our questions quickly. She even helped us get items back we forgot at the house! We would definitely stay here again!
