On the first floor, you will find 2 guest bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a queen sleeper sofa. On the 2nd floor, the master bedroom is very large and has a balcony overlooking the private pool. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and tall vanities. The kitchen, and living room have a sleeper sofa on this floor. This house sleeps 8 comfortably. The living room has a front balcony for sunset watching. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
