Awesome is the only way to describe 'Sea Zen', this newly remodeled home located next to Rosemary Beach and only 150 yards to beach. After a day at the beach relax in your own 18 x 36 heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner beside the private pool.

Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, the gourmet kitchen features a Kitchen Aide professional range with plenty of counter space.

Downstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one
bedroom with a queen bed. The large bunk room has 4 bunk beds and 2 single beds sleeping 10-14 people. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor children's media room.
There are 2 wooden high chairs, 2 Pack N Plays.

Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining table seating 12, plus a large breakfast bar for 6. You will enjoy the open floor plan upstairs, with 2 open living rooms, kitchen, and dining room offering expansive gulf views.

This is a wonderful vacation home for a large family gathering. The house was spacious, beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to the beach and walking to the town along 30A was under a mile…an easy 15-20 min walk!

This house is totally amazing! It was important to us to all 14 be able to be comfortable and spread out in a main room. This room was that and so much more with the open kitchen and huge breakfast room all in an open feel with the main room. The backyard was spectacular. We will definitely come back to this house. Ross was great in communication to us and took very good care of us

The house was perfect. Pool set up in backyard with grill was a great place to relax after all day on the beach. Property owner was super responsive and helpful. Place is a very short walk to the beach. Everything was awesome. We had 19 people and fit perfectly.

This house was perfect for our two families (including 7 children). The location was great -- very close to the beach and also walkable to all the Rosemary attractions. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space and we all loved the pool and playing cornhole in the backyard. Ross was very communicative and great to work with. Overall we really enjoyed staying here! We had 14 girls, and the house was more than enough in terms of size and beds. The kitchen and porches provided the best spots for hanging out. The beach was about a 5 minute walk which is very convenient for the area, where most houses are much farther from the beach. The pool was great too!

The floor plan of this house was so accommodating to our larger family! The bunk room for the kids was awesome and they loved it! It was furnished beautifully and we loved the kitchen! This property is exactly as describe, and Ross (the property owner) was amazing to work with. Our family had a great time! The private pool was the cherry on top of this rental. Beach is a 3 minute walk. So glad we had the golf cart to shuttle our tents and chairs. This was one of our best rentals ever :-)

This beach house is simply amazing! We had 17 adults & 3 babies in our group & there was plenty of room for everyone!! Renting the golf cart was a great decision! The beach is a short walk or the golf cart was used to shuttle people back & forth! Everyone in our group really enjoyed the pool!! For our group, this house was perfect for our vacation!! Hopeful to book again for a future visit!!

Our large extended family stayed here for the second time and really enjoyed! There were even some updates and improvements. We love the size of the house and the bunk room for all of the kids as well as the multiple ocean views and easy walk to the beach. Rented the golf cart to help get people to and from the beach or to town center of Rosemary; although you can’t actually park, it is still very helpful. Great stay again! Thank you!

This was our 3rd trip to 30a and second time staying in Inlet Beach. This house was great: huge pool, lots of bedrooms, bunk room for 8 kids (amazing!). The location gives you the best of 30a because you can walk to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach in a few minutes but enjoy the less crowded neighborhood and beach at Inlet Beach. Great all around experience and hope this house is available for our next trip.

Family vacation with 21 people, including 11 children. Very comfortable stay. Bunk room was perfect for the kids and had plenty of room. Private pool in backyard with beautiful tree-lined landscaping. Well-equipped kitchen, we cooked at the home of most meals. Location is perfect. We walked to Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beach daily and road our bikes to the Hub in WaterSound, while enjoying the more laid-back neighborhood of Inlet and less crowded beach.
