Pelicans Perch is a stunning one bedroom at Calypso Resort in Tower 3. On the ideally located 5th floor of the newest high rise, family friendly resort in Panama City Beach, guests will enjoy a heated pool year around at 83 degrees with private cabanas and beach access within 200 yards.

Pelicans Perch boasts a roomy living space with a private balcony with seating to enjoy a view of the pier and beach. There is one queen bed, a set of twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa to sleep a max of 4 (with Owner's prior permission, 5 may be allowed for young children/babies and special circumstances. Please message us your request). Two full bathrooms are available along with a full kitchen, dining area, bar seating, washer and dryer, smart TVs and WIFI.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree that a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed on the Primary renter's credit card prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Parking at Calypso is located in a covered garage. Guest must register and pay $60 directly to the resort as part of the resort's standard procedures; this includes parking for one vehicle. Wristbands are paid by the owner and will be located in the unit.
