Unit D for dirty

AC was not working the night we arrived had to wait till next day for it to get fixed. Which was done promptly. Dryer door handle was broken off, smelled of cheep cleaner to mop floors with, had to buy a shower curtain. Only 1 silverware spoon., no hot pads to use to get something out of the oven. And lastly, the unit has a for sale in the window!! Enough said.

Great place, close to the beach!

Our stay was pretty great! The staff was responsive and the place was tidy. I’d definitely stay again. Only had minor issues like the place smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived but went away for the most part by the end of our stay. And it took us a few days to figure out who to talk with at the clubhouse. The main area in the clubhouse was closed so you had to talk to the security officer by the pool, but there were no signs or anything to say that. Due to COVID the complex no longer provides things for mini golf or shuffle board so it would have been nice if those items would have been supplied for us to take advantage of the amenities. But otherwise our stay was great! Locals are friendly, the pools were awesome, just what we needed for a relaxing vacation.

The room we stayed in was dirty. Even the toilet had not been cleaned.

The WiFi never worked the entire time we were there. Under the dressers, beds and tv tables were so super dusty. I dropped something and got it from under just the edge of the bed and pulled out a wad of dust.

The place was very clean and nicely decorated!

Very clean, updated room with full ammenities. A little far to walk to the beach as we were on the far south end of the property, but still a great fit for us. Great contact and response from customer service! Easy access to Pier park and shopping and right off the highway. Went to the beach daily even though it rained.
