Step into this newly refurbished Rosemary cottage, and step it up a notch in your Rosemary Beach vacation experience. This comfortably chic residence has everything you would want for your Rosemary Beach getaway. A spacious outdoor courtyard/dining. Just around the corner from the town center and only minutes to the beach! A floating steel staircase is the focal point of this stylishly chic home, great-for-entertaining and state-of the-art beach house. Climb the architecturally intriguing staircase to the second floor which offers two master suites, each with their own private bath, double sinks and separate tub. Each master bedroom offer its own private porch with views of the local scene. Step it up even higher and find a third floor loft space furnished with two cozily nestled bunk bed sets, and private bath and shower, TVand board games (third floor not recommended for small children).
The open first-floor plan conveniently connects the kitchen (stainless appliances, island for entertaining) with the dining and living room spaces to keep company and conversation flowing. A separate sitting room with all new furniture Smart TV offers a private retreat for guests seeking a little solace from the abundance of activities. Amazing experience

We had the MOST wonderful time in Rosemary and this home is the perfect spot! Close to the beach, the bikes were a hit with our boys, large kitchen and living area and wonderful host that answered all of our questions! This will now be our spot when we come to Rosemary Beach for sure!!

Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay the past week at this property! The house was beautiful and conveniently located in Rosemary Beach - easy walk to the beach, multiple pools and shopping/restaurants. We had two families with kids 4,5,6 & 12. The only thing that I didn’t realize when booking is that the bunk room is on the 3rd floor. The stairs getting to that floor were tricky especially for the little ones. I would, however, still highly recommend this beautiful home!

Loved this house!!

The house is gorgeous. Has everything you need. The bikes were super helpful for the teens. Beach is a short but easy walk. Card access is provided. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings with a glass of wine. It is so close to the shops, you can walk everywhere. Communication with host was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Incredible Home Away from Home

This house was absolutely stunning! My family of 5 loved staying here. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and fun stairs leading up to them, while we enjoyed all the space the house provided. We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!
