Marisol Unit 103 is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. It is a three bedroom and two bathroom unit. The condo has been completely remodeled through out. It has new paint, new furniture, and new bedding. The living room area is complete with a sleeper sofa, additional sofa, and accent chair. The master bedroom has a king bed, sliding glass door to balcony, and private bath. The second bedroom has one king bed and access to second bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit will sleep 6 people in beds plus sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you would need to make yourself at home. The dining area is complete with a large table that seats eight people The extra large balcony has a table with four chairs. The unit comes complete with free WiFi. You must be 25 years old to rent this unit. No Smoking and No Pets!!!

Comfortable Condo / Great Location

This condo is in a great location. Wave runner and Banana Bus rental is right outside along with the option for chair rentals if you so choose. Kitchen had all the essentials needed to prepare meals if not dining out. Our family enjoyed the 3 comfy beds and large dining table to play board games. We also enjoyed the large TVs for watching March Madness after being at the beach all day. I would recommend this condo and would likely book again.

Beautiful and convenient

The condo was very clean, with good showers, beds and furniture. We had to contact the owner for a couple of small issues and help was always available. The location was excellent and the balcony a joy. During our winter visit it was quiet and peaceful. The only downside was the lack of some things we've usually found in rentals...hair dryer, any kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper, etc. and hand towels. Since we were there for several months we were able to purchase what we needed but for a shorter stay if would be convenient to have the basics. That said, we would happily return when in the area. The sunsets are spectacular and the condo is lovely!

My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary by coming to the beach. It was off season so very few tourists which was really nice. We’ve stayed at a lot of places/condos here in Panama. This by far is my favorite!! Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Thank you for making our 30th such a blessing!

The pictures didn’t even do this place justice. We never once had to wait for the elevator. It was clean and fully stocked with anything that you needed. Any questions that I had, Lisa answered immediately. Easy walk from the pool to the beach. I loved having two king beds. The beds were soft and comfortable and we LOVED the pillows! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
