After a full day of activities at Splash! you can relax in your sixth floor luxury condominium, watch movies on the 42' flat screen TV, soak in the garden tub or shower and know you will sleep well on the king size solid foam mattress in the master bedroom and queen size pillow top mattress in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen LCD TV's with blue ray DVD players. You can surf the Internet free from the condo, without having to get to a common area. Upon awakening have a cup of coffee while you watch the dolphins from the balcony. Get your blood pumping in the state of the art exercise facility overlooking the beautiful ocean view.

Our Stay at Splash Resort in Panama City Beach

Our family and friends had a great stay at this resort. There are a lot of activities to do and the condo was just as advertised. We were able to listen to the waves as we fell asleep every night.

Great Location

Condo was nice and clean. Had everything you could want in it. Splash is a great property to stay at with kids. Booking, check in was super easy. Appreciate having some basics there for you already. TP, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. would definitely stay here again!

Nice little condo

A nice 2 bedroom condo in a very fun complex. Pools were nice. They had a splash pad and 2 restaurants.

Stunning Ocean Views

Our stay was wonderful. Owner was always accessible by phone to answer any question and very accommodating. I would, however remove ALL artificial plants completely from the unit. They are extremely old and dusty and are the main reason I scored low on cleanliness. The shower curtains must be replaced. Otherwise, great

Perfect Condo!!!!

Very good size, clean & relaxing! Amazing view, accommodated our 2 year old, 4 year old, husband & my dad perfectly! So close to everything. Amazing beach view & access! Love love LOVE the splash pad, water park, pools & lazy river! We were so sad to leave, will be booking again!

Great place

This was our first time with Vrbo. It went seamless. Splash resort was great. The unit was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable the kitchen was well equipped. Just love the Beach in Panama City. Michael who was in charge of the chairs on the beach was very awesome.

Great location

Condo was clean and well stocked with blankets , pillows and towels.Had to buy beach towels though. The kitchen supplies, pots and pans were provided. Wished there was Tupperware for food storage. Hair dryer in second bathroom was off the wall and shower curtain would not stay on the rail, really needed a new one. Yellow Pillows on couch were dingy and outdoor balcony needs a good cleaning to remove bird droppings , had to watch where you walked. Killed a roach in second bedroom. Master bedroom was very pleasant and large clean bathroom. Great place for families , very quiet in the evening. Overall good stay.

Splash Resort PCB

Very nice location right on beach. Love room being on 6th floor. Not too high, but high enough for great view. Splash maintenance responded promptly with a few minor issues. Owners good to work with.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our week stay. Room was as pictured. There was 5 adults and 2 kids it fit us perfect. Only complaint would be the living-room glass sliding door was extremely hard to open as mentioned other reviews, and there was some mildew on the ceiling in the “guess room”, other than that everything was great. The resorts splash pad was perfect for the kids, two restaurants on site, parking was nice and straight across from the resort is a surf shop which was nice if you needed something for the pool or beach. We would definitely stay there again and also would love to rent this room again.

Condo was nice, decor in bedrooms was not very beachy. Did not report hairdryer not working in guest room. Sliding door was really hard to open for adults. Beds were comfortable.

Family vacay

Overall we had a great stay at this condo! The condo was clean except for the sheets on the sleeper sofa but we found a clean set in the closet so it was an easy fix. The 6th floor location isn’t too high but still has a great view :) the kids loved the pools and water park. The sliding balcony door in the living room was very hard to open and close so we mainly went to the balcony through the master bedroom. We would definitely visit again!

Great location

The condo was clean and loved the location. Our grandkids loved the pools. The resort is geared towards younger kids so I wouldn’t go if I wasn’t taking kids. It was nice to have the same chairs on the beach throughout the stay just know the lines are long to get them so go out early your first day. The check-in desk closes at 4 so try to get there earlier to get the parking pass and wristbands. An earlier review states the sliding door in the living room needs to be fixed and is very hard to open and close, it has not been fixed so we just used the door in the bedroom. Overall we had a great stay with our grandkids and would recommend this property.

Overall pleasant

The property is overall clean and pleasant. However, furnishings are a little out of date with wear and stains. The toilet of the suite are old. The master bedroom leaks, so it makes the squishy noises at night. The laundry machine is fixed.

Disappointed with the condo. Wasn't clean....hair in sink, food under sofa cushions. It also needed to be updated. The staff at the resort was very friendly and I liked the security they offered.

!st time staying at Splash

Had a great week, the splash park was a hit with the grandsons. The beach was awesome also but there were several days we couldn't go in the water due to rip tide currents but we had 4 days we could. The room overall was nice but it is showing it's age with some things that need repair and the obvious one is the glass sliding door from the living room. My son in law and myself were the only people who could open it, with the others being grankids, women and a 93 year old ! Several reviews have mentioned this problem so hopefully it will get resolved. But the hotel was wonderful with 2 eating establishments and an ice cream shop which was a hit with the grandkids of course! It was a very relaxing time with family.

Not worth the money

In unit 606e the living room furniture, mirrior, and bathrroom shower curtain were dirty. The guest bedroom comforter had dried crusty food on both sides and was clearly not washed. The resort was really nice and the condo is as well just wasnt cleaned well.

Kitchen too small ~ listed for 6 people and that’s way too small 2 nd bed was not comfortable and had to call to have dishwasher replaced and new pillows and outdoor chairs was rusted out but was replaced the next day. No pantry and not equipped for 6 people… way too small.

Fourth of July vacay

We absolutely loved this unit! The pictures do not do it justice. We have been to panama many times but this condo has been the best so far. The beds were comfortable and the whole unit was spacious. Had everything we needed for the weeks stay. The view was amazing as well. All staff were friendly and helpful. The only downfall we had was the bar and grill was closed the entire week. We were told they didn’t know if they would reopen it or not due to new management of the whole building. Also there wasn’t anywhere close to get ice for coolers, however Winn Dixie isn’t too far away. But as for this unit it was absolutely perfect! Thank u for sharing your beautiful place with us!
