The well-appointed interior maximizes space, offering accommodations for up to six guests, while still providing plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Direct beach access from the complex offers an easy walk to the sand. Resort amenities including a shared pool, hot tub, and tennis courts provide tons of on-site activities. After a full day of sun and fun, relax at home with central air-conditioning and cook up a meal or snack in the kitchen which features sparkling stainless steel appliances. Reservations made from March through October include beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella).
This is a no smoking property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay here. We saw dolphins from the balcony! Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Only con- missing some essentials like salt/pepper, extra trash bags, extra blankets. Bathroom fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo needed updates in bathroom carpet in living room not a good idea in the beech stained dirty beds uncomfortable Great balcony chairs comfortable great view No access to elevator between 4 snd 6 pm walk down from 10 floor i wear a brace due to paralysis on left leg and foot stairs are the last thing i want to have to go down or climb two sets of elevators broken would not recommend or stay there again

Issues: the previous tenant must have had lots of fish dinners because the condo had a bad fish aroma that lingered all week. The screen door was rotted and kept getting off track, the maintenance man took it away. The patio chairs are rusted and flaking bad. There was only 3-4 clothes hangers in closet, We had to go buy a pack of hangers for our clothes. Finally there was only 1 Cisco cable remote for 2 tv’s. Please leave instructions on how to operate tv’s where there are multiple remotes. Positives: the furniture, tv, bedding and appliances were in good condition.

Stay at PCB

Check-in was very difficult as I didn’t have the right codes and there was no one in the check-in center to help. Took over an hour (and with the help of my grandson and son-in-law) till we finally get our issues resolved and we’re able to check-in. Also had no tv service but did not report it since we didn’t really need it. Once we got settled everything was fine. The room was very nice.,

We got this room last minute as we decided to extend our stay (we started in splash then moved here for the rest of the week). The room was clean and had plenty of room for my family. Nice furniture and appliances and a great view. Would definitely stay here again

Celadon Repeater

We liked staying at Celadon so much last year that we decided to stay there again this year for summer vacation. The property is clean and in a nice, quiet location. The only negative is the property is supposed to be non smoking, and there were several times my husband and I couldn’t enjoy the balcony for smokers on adjoining balconies. That rule should be enforced better.
