I would choose another unit
The positives- The property manager or whoever I was speaking to seemed very nice. The outdoor area was beautiful and swimming pool and hot tub were always clean. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. I might stay again but not in this unit.
The negatives-
1. No blanket for pull out sofa. Texted property manager and she sent someone up with one . When we went to bed , we realized they accidentally brought us a mattress cover and no blanket. It was too late to get one so he had to use the mattress cover to stay warm. They brought us one the next day.
2. Saw roaches crawling on counter and going behind stove.
3. The newly renovated unit was not fully painted. The wall behind the bunk beds was absolutely terrible.
4. No keurig although I called to confirm before our trip. Perhaps, she didn’t know what a keurig was. No knives sharp enough to cut an onion or tomato so we had to go buy some cheap ones. We left them for the next guests. It was just an inconvenience.
5. Cheap uncomfortable beds
