Newly renovated ! 3 min walk to beach and Private Heated Pool West End

Quiet west end well appointed home for families that want to avoid large crowds. With 5 bedrooms & 3 baths, it is perfect for multiple families. 2 Master bedrooms with King size beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 bedroom with custom built bunks that the kids will love! There is a sofa bed in the living room. The open floor plan in the living area provides plenty of room for family gatherings , while the bedrooms provide plenty of space for privacy. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Private salt water pool is perfect after a day at the beach, or to spend the day floating in. There is plenty of outdoor gathering space- 2 balconies with gulf views and a pool patio. Pier Park is a 2 mile drive, which offers plenty of shopping and dining options.

Perfection

This was the perfect house for us. We had a wonderful family vacation. The only downside was mother nature and double red flags at the beach. Thank goodness for the pool to help entertain the children on non beach days which was 5 of the 7 day stay. Would highly recommend this house.
