Great time in PCB

The villa was nice and quiet with just enough room for 3 adults and 3 children 10 years and under. We drove across Front Beach Rd and parked our cars to visit the beach and pool which was the best solution for our group. Everything was clean and in great condition. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay at a top rate resort without the noise of being in the condominiums.

Great, clean place!

This place was perfect. Very clean. Although, it's a one bedroom, it's very spacious! The place is well-lit. Tons of storage for clothes and bags. Communication with the property manager was amazing. They answer immediately and are very accommodating. I will definitely recommend it to others and would enjoy staying here again!

A breath of fresh air, but one hidden fee and unrealistic checkout expectations

This property was just perfect for our vacation with a our two kids under five. We are beach lovers and we were able to walk through the resort and over a major road directly on to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with Tupperware and blenders, the two showers, washer, dryer, and clothing drying rack were great for post beach clean up, and there were umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys on the patio. The owner was accessible and helpful if we had any questions during most of our stay. The only thing I’d bring next time is a spatula for mixing/baking and a step stool for my toddler to wash his hands at the sink. There was a fee that we didn’t know of until the owner informed us of it a week or so before the trip. Our stay ended on a sour note because of the checkout process. It’s a 10 am checkout and between our juggling our kids and packing we didn’t remove all the food from the fridge. The owner sent us pics later saying this was unacceptable. I asked if we had paid a cleaning fee and we had. I was a bit surprised and disappointed since we had run the dishwasher and tried to follow checkout instructions. He apologized but his initial reaction was pretty bold. We enjoyed it but wouldn’t return because of this last exchange.

The owner of the condo we rented went above and beyond expectations. We did not have any problems. He contacted us several times to make sure we had all information we needed. He sent us recommendations for restaurants. The condo was awesome. Great location and in great condition. It was exceeded our expectations. If you are going to Panama Beach, Florida do not hesitate to book this home. Wow.

From the checkin process to our departure everything went smooth and allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay! The home was impressively clean, equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, the facility has several options for entertainment and is conveniently located to enjoy everything PCB has to offer! The area with the towers has lots of options to entertain the kids and easy beach access! It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but we enjoyed crossing the bridge and getting some exercise, there are shuttles also if you’d rather catch a ride! The owner was very easy to reach and informative on any questions we had. I highly recommend this place and we are already working on planning another stay!

This property was exactly as I expected. The photos are spot on. The decor is beautiful, it was clean and open. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great! The tram was a lifesaver when lugging all of our gear to the beach for the day, although the distance wasn't too far. Would book here again as well as recommend to anyone.

Exactly as expected

This condo is perfect as a home away from home. Everything was clean, check in process was a breeze, owner was easy to get ahold of and provided all information needed before i had to ask. Lots of little extras available in the condo such as beach chairs, boogie boards, golf and tennis equipment, etc...The condo is a very short walk from the main pool and beach, but the trams that are constantly zipping around are always available and lifesaver when taking items to the beach for the day. Great vacation, definitely reccomend this place!
