Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property! The neighborhood was safe and family friendly. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We did not have beach access, which I did not realize until we arrived.

Property is just okay, did not have use of the golf cart for 2/3 of our trip. Had mold on two bathroom ceilings that a handyman came out and cleaned up while we were staying. Had a broken ice maker which they sent out a appliance repair man unannouced, even after I told them not to send anyone out until we were gone. The washing machine is nasty and needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Family Beach Trip

Overall we had a good stay at the property. We have stayed at lots of properties in prominence north and I would say this property was average. The dishwasher didn’t work the entire time we were there but no one came to help with that after we communicated it. The bikes were not great. They were all pretty old and didn’t work great so we ended up having to rent bikes. They emailed us to say that 1 of the 5 bikes was missing and that we were responsible for paying for it which was not the case. We never ended up using their bikes because of the conditions of the bikes. The golf cart was great and we were very glad to have it since you don’t have direct beach access with this property. We had a good stay but willnot rent from this company again after the email accusing us of taking the bike.

We loved the house and great communication. BUT the neighborhood security board lines stalks and harasses you. The first day there they stopped and took pictures of us bc towels were on the porch. Instead of just asking us to remove them. After that they just hung out at the end of the street waiting to give us warnings. The garage was left open for literally 30 min max while someone ran up to the big chill and we got a warning. An adult was taking the gold cart out later that night and security stopped us yet again to tell us you had to be 16 to drive the golf cart.. the driver was 42. This made the experience less than desirable. That paired with the fact that there was in fact no beach access within walking distance, I can recommend this company but not the neighborhood
