Our family enjoyed our stay at Old Lucky Sun in Prominence. The house was very clean upon arrival and had all the things we needed. We definitely recommend 91A!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sandlot! The property is extremely clean and well appointed amenities! The golf cart was so nice to have to take to the HUB. Only small issue was they need more batteries for the remote controls. We will definitely stay again!

We loved staying here so much we extended our stay since it was available. The house was amazing and the golf cart was so fun! My only regret is not finding out what kind of bed was in the Master bedroom. My husband and I slept so soundly on it. If there is anyway to find out I would appreciate it. Everything was fabulous!!

We absolutely loved Sandlot. The house was simply beautiful and professionally decorated giving it an elegant but beachy feel. The home is laid out with an open floor plan allowing for a very comfortable setting. The open floor plan allowed us to be together as a family no matter where we were located in the main living area. We have stayed in Rosemary Beach in the past but found Prominence and the Watersound area to be much more inviting and relaxing.
The community has great amenities including a huge resort style pool where we swam and barbequed several times during our stay. We also enjoyed the bike ride to the beach. The community has a few different options for access which gave us an opportunity to explore different areas. I personally like going to the beach through the State Park access as the sand dunes are absolutely beautiful.
I can’t express enough what a great amenity the HUB is for all ages. This project sits about 200 yards from the community and offer all types of different foods through the various restaurants located within the development. I think we tried every restaurant and found ourselves there almost every day. We enjoyed having our adult beverages while the kids watched a movie on the lawn. I think someone told me the TV was something like 25’ in size.
Definitely thumbs up.

The townhouse was lovely and overall a good layout for our family. The air conditioning did not work upstairs though in the unit we rented. We called Coastal Dreams. They came by to reset it but it still did not work the entire week we were there. In addition, we found the kitchen to be slightly inadequate in equipment. There was no blender. They did have a magic bullet for individual serving mixing but no cups that attached to it thus unusable. We typically drink protein smoothies for breakfast but there was no kitchen equipment to make them. It is a good thing we didn't want to make blended cocktails in the evenings. Last of all, there was no direct beach access for the community. We used the Deer Lake national park access which was a bike ride away. This was not really communicated clearly prior to our stay. Deer Lake was not terribly convenient and there was no bathroom to use that had real plumbing only a nasty port of potty. On a positive note, the national park access was not crowded even though spring break week is the most crowded week of the season. It is not possible to rent chairs at this location so that probably cuts down on the amount of people who use that beach access point. You need to plan to carry in your own chairs and umbrellas. These are all things we had to figure out on our own when we got there. Bike rental and food were easily accessible in the community though and that was a major plus. The staff at these locations was very nice and helpful particularly the bike rental staff. We rented bikes for the family for the entire week. The bike our son rode had a flat while we were in Alys beach and the staff went out of their way to make the exchange. They were a great representation for the community. Great attitudes and super helpful. We walked through a few of the single housing units under construction and felt the homes were well built for the price. We are considering buying in the area, but the lack of direct beach access is a real concern for us.

Great location(we have stayed in Prominence before). Right on 30A, but no noise and we enjoyed the 1st floor balcony facing 30A. SUPER Clean! Doesn't have snacks, extras like some of the other units, but had just what we needed. We bought an extra roll of paper towels and a couple of trash bags, besides that, we were good. Love the unit, it was well decorated, super clean and beds were CRAZY comfortable. Furniture was great and we enjoyed lounging in the living room watching late night TV. I miss the beds! ;) Had a decent beach umbrella, chairs, wagon, a few small toys.
The only real criticism was the golf cart. It worked as it should except it was really slow, like other carts passed us with the pedal to the floor :/ Maybe it's safer, but not sure since we typically had a line of carts/cars behind us if we went down the street to the beach access or anywhere else. Last year the unit where we stayed had a cart that was considerably faster(It topped out around 32 mph). Might be fine if you have younger kids and don't want anything faster, but worth the mention.

Great well kept home. Only issue we ran into was the HOA had painters there our whole stay but Coastal Dreamin handled everything for us in a timely manner. The amenities provided with the home and community were unmatched and great for the family including kids as well. I defiantly would stay here again.

We vacation yearly at Prominence 30-A! We have also rented with Coastal dreamin just about every year. This year was a very bad experience. The GPS address listed with our house by coastal dreamin was incorrect! We were at the wrong house. We made it to the correct property and proceeded to check in. I put in the code provide the door would not unlock. I then proceeded to contact Costal dreamin. We were locked outside for about an hour. We made contact with someone and a code was provided. We went inside to notice the house wasn't clean. I sent a message to the person whom provided the code. No reply! The next day I sent an email . We went to the beach and returned to do our laundry and the washer wasn't working properly! The thing was leaking water and making a horrible noise. The close were still soaked. When I contacted Costal dreamin they wanted to know specifically what was wrong with it! I had no clue! It was leaking water and making loud noises. They never sent anyone out for the cleaning issue because they told me it wasn't received at first check in! Which I messaged them! They never sent out a repairman for the washer! We live in Texas 11 hours away . We had soaking wet clothes with sand particles to take back home because of this issue. Our clothes were ruined! They only informed me they would contact the owners!!! Very poor services!

This property was beautiful, however, it wasn't the cleanest. After walking around the home in our socks we realized they were black. The floors need to be mopped and/or rugs cleaned. The carbon monoxide detector was unplugged with a dead battery sitting under the sink. Concerning since the property has a gas stove. The primary suite comforter had stains all over it. The dryer wasn't functioning properly. It took 3-4 cycles to fully dry our clothes. We contacted Coastal Dreamin Management with our issues and they indicated someone would be out to fix the monoxide detector and provide us with new linens. They came out once while we were showering and didn't come in because the doors were locked. They just left without a phone call. I then received a text that stated "We just wanted to let you know that we had someone come by but the doors were dead bolted so they were unable to get in. He is very busy so had to leave for his next issue". There was no further follow up or attempts to remedy the detector, linen, or dryer issues.
The property itself is in a great location with close access to many restaurants. We loved the golf cart. The porch was great for our little one (2) to hang out on and not be able to escape! The property was spacious. We enjoyed our stay but likely won't stay at another property managed by Coastal Dreamin.

We loved this property. The house is much bigger than the pictures show! Beautifully decorated, well-equipped kitchen and very clean! The location is convenient to the front of the neighborhood for easy access to the pool and exiting to 30a. You are backed up to 30a so you will hear some traffic but nothing too bad. The golf cart was fantastic to have and made getting to the beach a breeze. I highly recommend Deer Park lake. Its a 2-3 minute ride on the golf cart and its very quiet and almost private feeling. Long walk down the boardwalk but its gorgeous! As much as we loved the house and have nothing bad to say about that we were not so keen on Coastal Dreaming management. We could not access our house when we first arrived, which was solved quickly. However, we were locked out again that evening and it took me calling three times and 45 minutes of waiting for them to finally respond back. The carbon monoxide alarm battery died and chirped in the middle of the night. They tempted to fix it once but then never came back to properly reinstall it after asking about it again. They are a fee based company and it seems like there is never a warm welcome-just constant reminders of their fees! We were never apologized for our troubles, instead we received short and brash responses. Ive stayed in Prominence several times and have always had the kindest property managers. Loved this property but disappointed in the care and concern of this particular property management team.

What we liked: beautifully decorated, well-equipped, impeccably clean and not as crowded as some developments on 30a. The Hub was fun for the littles but is limited in food offerings. The management was really good at communication prior to the trip.
What we didn't like: very difficult to get to the beach. VBRO listed there property as “beachfront”. The map clearly indicated we would be across the street from the beach, we were under the impression the development was actually beachfront, offering direct access. This was not the case. The closest beach access was over a mile away. Many of these only have limited bike parking. As a family with a toddler and all of their things, We had to drive
The neighborhood HOA also decided to close the pool, a major draw to this location, without warning our first full day there. This was very disappointing. When I reached out to the management team, I was grateful for a response but they clearly didn't have all the information. I got many different answers about the pool being closed, including an insistence that the pool was open, while I was standing outside the gate with other pool goers unable to gain entry. One person actually belittled my concern over the pool closure. As a mom of a toddler, who is having trouble getting to the beach, this was a HUGE deal. The last person I spoke to actually investigated and could out that HOA has closed it. I appreciated the effort and honesty.
Overall, it wasn't the place for us but I'm sure it would be very nice for someone with different expectations.

We got to the Sandlot later in the evening and were a little rushed to drop off luggage and run to the grocery store before our other guests arrived. The door code did not work, so we went through the garage and immediately noticed a terrible smell. We unpacked, did a quick walk through and headed out to Publix. I called the office on the way and the associate gave me a default door code (that did work) without getting ANY information from me other than the property name. We just kept that deadbolt locked during our visit as he could have given the code to anyone. As to the horrible smell in the garage, he said someone would call me back. They never did. So our only usable entrance was a terrible smelling garage. We sprayed with lysol 3 times a day, but had to run through the garage and/or hold our breath to walk through or to load up on the golf cart. Inside, house was clean and linens were fresh/clean. Nicely decorated but not for comfort, couch in LR was terribly uncomfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen, sufficient cookware. Fridge and pantry nice. Mainly stayed at Prominence for the Hub, was disappointed, but absolutely loved the Old Florida Fishhouse, great food and lots of activities outside, including alive music. The HUB had low quality yet expensive food and was just playing some music. The Pool was great, the zero entry side wa great for my youngest grandson.

Great experience overall. The home was clean and arrival was super easy. I loved the location and having the pool was great. The golf cart was such a nice bonus! My kids loved it. The beds in the house are amazing too. The home had lots of beach stuff in the garage. We will be back!

This was a really great house to stay in for our first family vacation with our kids! There is plenty of room, the beds are very comfortable, it was nice having the golf cart to drive around, and the hub across the street was great for grabbing food and coming right back to the house. For some reason the deer lake state park was closed the whole week we were there, but we found other public beach access and were able to still social distance from people while we were there. We are looking forward to booking this rental again in the future!

This home was the perfect option for our stay starting from golf cart to pool chairs. We wanted something in Alys Beach but everything was booked and this home didn't disappoint. This property was a recommendation from a friend. Very kids friendly, enjoyed the amenities and the hub. Thank you!

Absolutely can NOT say enough wonderful things about this home. It was so beautifully decorated. It smelled brand new and was very very clean. The beds were FABULOUS!!!! All of them! Even the bed linens were great!! Kids loved having the bikes and golf cart right in the garage at their convenience at all times. It was great having the beach chairs and sand toys also. This home wasnt missing out on 1 thing. It is a PERFECT set up. Highly recommend this home. Oh and last the management company was great also!

We came down for Spring Break and also our 12 year wedding anniversary. The house was so roomy that I invited my mother to join us (family of 4). The master bedroom was phenomenal, my girls (9 and 6) loved the room with bunk beds, and my mother loved having a full king sized in the guest room. Honestly the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on in a rental or hotel, and we come to 30a several times per year. The kitchen, and living areas are beautiful and roomy. Prominence is such a great area especially for the money!! The beach access is as advertised. You need to load up in either the golf cart or your vehicle, but there are so many accesses that we did a different one almost every day. The kids loved loading up and riding in the really nice six seater golf cart and going to the beach...they were obsessed with the cart!! Had a charging issue, user error on my part, and Chris (with Coastal Dreaming) was all over it in the matter of minutes! Got me fixed up, and was available any time I had a question! Service for this rental was top notch. Every night we would end up at The Hub. It was the perfect place to watch a game, a band, a DJ, and even eat!! We could hang and have drinks while the kids enjoyed an incredibly kid friendly environment!! Everything was so clean, so roomy, so nice, we will most certainly be back sooner than later!! One last thing was that my mother left her phone in the unit...realized once we were 3 hours away!! Chris ran it down and they had it shipped back to us with tracking information the very next morning!!

This was our second time staying in Prominence and this property sure didn't disappoint. It was beautifully decorated and spotless when we arrived. The 6 seater golf cart was a huge perk for us - we used it a ton. The bikes were great too (but the combination locks did not work with the number that was provided to us). We absolutely loved the beach that was about 3/4 mile away (not Deer State Park - the other direction) - simply gorgeous. We can't wait to go back next year!

The property was as described - clean with many great amenities: blender, Kuerig, French press, waffle maker. The property was clean and the small starter cleaning set for the kitchen and the bathrooms were perfect. The golf cart was in good condition and fun to drive. We had a good time there. I so wanted to give this 5 stars; HOWEVER...
One problem that we noticed as we were packing up the morning we were leaving which is a HUGE safety concern:
NONE of the fire detectors were installed.
This should be a minimum standard of offering (a safe environment). I'm so thankful that nothing happened. In good conscious I cannot recommend this property as we should not have been accommodated in such an unsafe setting.
