The Lamberth Carriage House, is one of few that offer such spectacular Gulf views. This Carriage House will make you feel at home with its hardwood floors and simple, well-appointed furnishings. The relaxed atmosphere features a queen bedroom and fully-equipped kitchen in addition to a spiral staircase, leading to a quaint loft. This additional space is outfitted with a trundle and day bed providing extra room for rest and relaxation.

Look elsewhere

My wife and I just got back from a trip to Rosemary Beach and had a great time. At the beach, community and area in general. Not so much with this property. So much so that I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to stay. Positives The location can’t be beat. Literally a 2 minute walk to sand on feet Negatives The carriage house is in bad shape and nothing like the pics portray. The outside paint is faded and cracked and the wooden stairway up to the carriage house door is cracked and splintered. One of the gates on the properly would close and the other appeared to have been ripped off the hinges and was leaning up against a wall. The garage was a mess inside and the landscaping of the property screamed neglect. The main house is right in the ocean not also appears to be neglected and in poor shape. The inside of the carriage house wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t as advertised either. The walls need painted, furniture needs replaced, and the shower tile had visible mold and mildew in the grout. I know you don’t go to the beach to watch tv but I expected more than a small computer monitor as a tv. To summarize, RM Beach was awesome, the carriage house location was awesome but the carriage house itself was a huge disappointment especially for the rate charged. . Look elsewhere.
