“Just Breathe “ located on the 16th floor with amazing panoramic gulf views ! 810 Billiards & Bowling located on the ground floor, fun for the entire family! Large living room/ full kitchen has an open concept with 70in tv that leads out to a large balcony with gulf views. Master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath. Bunk area has barn door for privacy, 2 twin beds , full bath, and sofa bed in living room (sleeps 6 ) 1047sq ft. Beach wagon , umbrella, & chairs are available for guest. Must be 23 to rent. Laketown Wharf does not allow animals! Absolutely no smoking in unit or on balcony (This would result in extra cleaning fees & removal from property with no refund) . Check -in 4:00 pm /Check out is 10:00 am . Monthly rentals September, October , & November . Resort fee of $80 plus tax must be paid 48 hrs before arrival for parking pass and armbands. While making your memories at the beach don’t forget to relax & “Just Breathe “.

This beautiful and well kept condo was perfect for all our needs. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Publix Field and it was the perfect location. Everything you could ever need was available in the condo. We had to speak with Kelly, the hostess, and she could not have been more helpful! Great place, great owner, great experience!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at PCB. What an awesome location and condo. Kelly is an amazing host and was super accommodating. Provided a us a lot of great information being we were new to the area. She even stopped over when we experienced a minor issue with the TV. If you are traveling from afar you won't be disappointed.

This stay was great for a quick beach getaway. The host went over and beyond my expectations. Cleanliness and communication are my top priorities and both were met. Love that the property was gated, plus to include the small shops for enjoyment. The high the floor the better the view and it was beautiful. Book this stay, trust me you won’t regret!

Kelly is an amazing host who is easy to talk to and takes pride in her property! This condo has some new touches and it’s just a wow. Very roomy and had AMAZING mattresses on the bed that made our night sleeps wonderful!! Easy walk to the beach or don’t leave and enjoy the pool and all the places to eat! Very secure which made me feel better knowing how strict they are and watch their guest for safety. Close to Pineapple Willys so you can get some good food. You can walk a little ways down and be a little more private from all the tourist. We are already booking for our next year spring break.
