ABOUT THE AREA: Inlet Beach is conveniently located adjacent to Rosemary Beach and is an easy walk or bike ride to Inlet Public Beach, the famous Donut Hole and 30A Avenue Shops featuring 7+ restaurants, boutiques and a yoga studio. For a day of adventure, check Camp Helen State Park (next to Inlet Beach) featuring a coastal dune lake where you can rent kayaks and YOLO paddle boards to take you straight to their pristine beach! There's plenty of parking, restrooms, picnic tables and much more. There is an entry fee of $4 per vehicle. After all the fun in the sun, there are endless dining options at 30Avenue Shops, Barrett's Square in Rosemary, and Pier Park in Panama City Beach. And an added bonus, Inlet Casita is just 9 miles from Frank Brown Park where several youth tournaments are held each year.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. First vist! Perfection

First visit to the area! Great property with a ton of space for all of our party. Large community areas (kitchen and family room) were great for gathering on our down time. Also, very close to Rosemary downtown area with great restaurants! 30a beach girls is amazing, they hold bonfires included with your reservation and were available whenever we had questions. Overall a perfect adventure!

Perfect 30--A Vacation Rental!

Perfect!!! This property worked perfectly for our needs. We had 11 people staying between the ages of 3 months and 72, and everyone had a wonderful time! The home was spotless, inviting and comfortable, and the beach close by was the perfect place to relax and let the kids play. Location was no more than 10 minutes from all the major tourist attractions and restaurants. Spent an amazing day in Seaside! We lived the included bonfire kids and adults all had a great time! I highly recommend this property!

Mixed Experience: Potential with Some Drawbacks

I stayed here over New Year's, hoping it could be a spot for future family trips. Unfortunately, while the location has potential, the experience was underwhelming. The listing claims the property is "three blocks from the beach," but this is deceiving. You must cross a busy highway to reach the beach, making it far less convenient than described.Cleanliness was a major concern. One bedroom had visible dirt and hair on the headboard, which could have been resolved with proper vacuuming. This made me question the overall upkeep. The walls had blemishes that could be fixed with a simple paint touch-up, and there were stains on the bed coverings and furniture cushions. Additionally, the coffee grinder was broken, and the water from the faucets had an unpleasant burnt hair odor.There are extra steps for bike use, like signing a waiver during limited hours (9–5), which felt inconvenient on vacation. Also, be aware that pets aren’t allowed on nearby beaches unless you own property in the area, a detail that wasn’t clear upfront.I contacted the host on the first day, but my stance is that these issues should be resolved before guests arrive, not during their stay. While I appreciate the likely response of, "we could have resolved this if contacted," it’s not ideal to spend part of a vacation addressing problems that could have been proactively handled.This property has potential, but significant improvements are needed.
