THIS CONDO IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH SO THE BEACH ACCESS WE HAVE IS AMAZING! You may just want to be at the beach all day!

This condo has one bedroom, with queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the livingroom, sleeps four comfortably. It offers a wonderful east to west panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunset from your private balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee/tea. Possibly the best view in Panama City Beach!

As guests, you will be able to enjoy swimming in 3 different pools, one of which is heated in the winter. You also have private access to the beach and the historic Pineapple Willy’s without the hassle of finding a parking spot.

Looking for things to do is never a problem. The condo is located close to restaurants, shopping, Gulf World, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo World, St. Andrews State Park, Ship Wreck Island, Camp Helen State park ( six miles south) and many others.

If you wish to cook, this condo unit is equipped with the necessities you might need; or just relax during your vacation, lots of good restaurants are located nearby.

Free WIFI and cable TV, in the living room and bedroom, is provided for your convenience.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in Panama City. Exactly as described. Beautiful views and a spacious balcony. Inside was immaculate and so well decorated. Communication was excellent and very quick. We will be booking again!

Spring break

We loved the condo and the beach, the balcony was perfect to catch the sunsets at night. The condo was clean, and perfect for us. Only thing that could use an update, would be to get a softer mattress for the bedroom. The ac quit working due to the condo doing some work that caused the breaker to trip, but Annette sent someone right over to take care of it, so she was very attentive, which was appreciated. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay. The property ownew was very helpful and communicated well. My 1 and only complaint is that the bed is so small that I ended up sleeping separately from my wife on the fold out couch bed. Was surprisingly comfy and I slept well. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Condo is exactly as listed. Owner is very kind, quickly responsive, and upfront and honest about construction going on at property. Everything you would possibly need is there, along with a comfy bed in bedroom and even the couch bed is super comfy! This condo is perfect for a couples get away or small family trip. We were very pleased with everything and highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice clean 1 BR with great location

Came to Panama City Beach for a short getaway and wanted something clean and reasonable. Found Annette's unit and booked it based on reviews. Unit is perfect for 2 people and only downside was no washer/dryer. Great view and very well equipped. Annette was very helpful and welcoming. If you are looking for a small but clean and affordable condo, this is the place!

Exactly as advertised, even better in person! Very clean, cozy condo with a stunning view of the Gulf from the balcony. Unfortunately, the weather was very cold thanks to Mother Nature, so we really didn't enjoy the balcony as much as if it had been warmer. The owner was quick, responsive and patiently answered all my questions. She was very easy to work with and was readily available. Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our short but sweet stay. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I was familiar with Sunbird having stayed in the West building a number of years ago. VRBO should be more up front about repairs being done to the building to keep others from being disappointed. I have lived in PCB so I was took it in stride.
