Our well stocked gulf-front condo on the east side of building is very charming and beautifully decorated. The unit has one bedroom, built-in bunk bed and your own private balcony for you to enjoy the breath-taking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 14th floor, you get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf and your own privacy as well.

Our unit has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, 32' cable TV, phone and bathroom access through bedroom to bath. Along the hallway is the built-in bunk bed. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32' flat panel led HGTV with cable, DVD player, stereo system with Ipod dock/cd and phone.

**THE UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH REFRIGERATOR ELECTRIC RANGE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE,COMPLETE COOKWARE SET AND UTENSILS, COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, SLOW COOKER (CROCK POT) AND MORE....

**A WASHER AND DRYER ARE ALSO INSIDE THE UNIT.

** WIFI INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE CONDO AND AT STARBUCKS.

Emerald Beach Resort has the best location in Panama City Beach. It features a large gulf front swimming pool (heated during winter time) and hottub. Another 2 pools across street, one geared to kids with bucket dumps, and another hottub! located just a couple minute walk to Sharkeys for great food and drinks. It is also located 20 minute walk to Dan Russell Fishing Pier and Pier Park Shopping Center (restaurants, movie theatre department store, gift shops are and more...).

All monthly rentals will be charged $200 monthly utility fee and a $190 cleaning fee.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
1. Please check out no later than 9:00 am (housekeeping starts at 9:00 am).
2. Load and start the dishwasher. USE ONLY DISHWASHER SOAP
3. Please wash the used sheets/pillowcases and start in dryer prior to departure.
4. Empty the fridge (discard food) and please take the trash out (trash chutes are
located both to the east and west of unit by elevators).
5. Remove used linens from main bed.
6. Remove used linens from sleeper sofa.
7. Remove used linens from bunk beds.
8. Please don’t forget to leave all the resort wrist bands (there will be a charge of
$10.00 for each unreturned resort/pool tags).
9. Please close the balcony sliding door and lock the front door.

This condo was everything AND MORE! Great location, beautiful views and is exactly as pictured. The owners are also very easy to reach and VERY accommodating. We will be staying here again.

I could not be more happy about my stay. If there were more stars to give I would. The host was so nice and helpful. The view was breathtaking. I did not have one issue or complaint. I had so much peace and relaxation. Exactly what I needed. The condo was so nice and clean. It is close to everything. Perfect location!! I highly recommend!! We decided to go away on a special family vacation to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. She picked Florida for the destination and from there we went on VRBO and looked for a place on the Gulf Coast and stumbled upon this adorable condo at Emerald Beach Resort. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The condo offered everything we needed and the views from the oceanfront balcony were absolutely stunning! Ethann, our condo owner/property manager was great to work with! You were made to feel welcome and like you were truly an important guest at the VRBO property and not just someone else staying there. We have nothing but great things to say about our time away and our stay at Emerald Beach Resort #1432! It was paradise 🌴

We loved our week stay in this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. The decor is bright, cheery, and open. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed from dishes & utencils, coffee pot and other small appliances.The living area was very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the gulf and beach. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and plenty of closet and dresser space. The owners provided plenty of linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs - which were great! We also appreciated having a washer/dryer to use in the unit. The location of the Emerald Beach Resort is convenient; lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We recommend this condo!

I loved this condo!! Ethann was so nice and willing to answer all of my phone calls and emails (I always have a lot of questions :) the condo was beautiful with an amazing view!! I really**** loved the fact that the condo came with beach towels and beach chairs (was not looking forward to spending a lot of money on beach chairs) but the condo came with 4!! It also came with a beach tent which was great. We loved plugging our iPods into the iPod dock speakers that were in the living room. I can honestly say that my vacation was amazing, mostly due to how nice my condo was!! I highly recommend it :)

First of all, the owners of this property are the most attentive I have ever dealt with. We didn't have a single issue, but I know that anything would have been taken care of instantly. They stayed in contact from the time we booked until the day we left. It was clean and smelled wonderful upon our arrival. Everything you can possibly need is inside. No need to bring all the extra stuff you usually pack! She even has a crock pot and indoor grill there for your use. The beds are comfortable. The view cannot be beat. This is the perfect spot for us. I love that you just go down an elevator and you're at the beach. AHHH so nice! We will definitely be back! Thank you for allowing us to use your place.

Condo was clean. The air conditioning was not really keeping the condo cool . Stayed at 75 the whole week which was very uncomfortable especially at night. Husband got stuck in a elevator for over 30 minutes. No coolers at the pool was a bit ridiculous . Because they wanted you to only buy drinks from them that where very overpriced.

Bed was comfortable but very high and a step stool would have been nice. I’m 5’6” so not short. Furnishings pictured in listing were not accurate. Couch was different and not comfortable. Chair was not a recliner and also not comfortable. Washing machine and dishwasher work, but made very loud noises. Attempted email and text communications with owner on multiple occasions and never received a response. Overall stay was fine, 14th floor offers great view.

This was our very first beach vacation as a family (kids ages 6, 4, 2). We had never been to Panama City before and were pleasantly pleased with our experience. This was our first condo rental ever as well. The owner was very easy to work with - responded quickly to emails, answered phone calls. The condo was wonderful - nicer than we expected. It was very clean, comfy bed, plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was great to have a full kitchen so we could cook most of our meals there. I also loved the washer/dryer - how nice to come home from vacation with clean clothes! The keyless entry was great, too. No keys to keep track of at the beach. The kids loved memorizing the 8-digit code and opening the door for us! The condo also had 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and several beach towels to use. The building was nice as well. Quick trip down to the beach level and out to the ocean. The kids loved playing with both the pools there (main one by the beach and kid one across the street by the parking garage). We had a wonderful week and a great experience at Emerald Beach. If we decide to go back, we would definitely try to get this condo again!
