Emerald Beach is a True Ocean-Front Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It is located 1 mile west of Pier Park with the Best Amenities of any Resort in PCB Multiple pools. Family oriented area 2 pools & hot tubs walk in pool & Kids Splash Zone and snack bar. A Large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side heated pool. All pools have hot tubs next to them.

A beautiful view of the ocean from the master bedroom when you wake up in the mornings to start your day. Plenty of room and clean.

We had a great week staying here and we loved the location. Condo is very well stocked for cooking. The building is wonderful and offered many amenities that we enjoyed: hot tub, heated pool, live music, food/ice cream store, etc.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay staff was excellent and so nice the room was very clean and spacious enjoyed the breathtaking view the only suggestion we have the mattress in the master is really hard it doesn’t give at all besides that everything was wonderful couldn’t have picked a better place for our family to enjoy the kid pool are was a win on double red flag days we are looking forward to coming back next year would definitely stay here again thank you all for great memories

The condo was amazing, more beds then we had need for. Could use some additional bed covering, very clean. Dishes for everything we needed. Enough towels and linens. Back door and front door had some trouble getting them to lock. This is a wonderful place to stay and I would love to book again in the near future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check-in was a little stressful. The directions led us to the Wyndham which is across the street from the condo, but there was a skybridge, so we didn't have to cross the street. Emerald Beach Resort and the Wyndham condos are in the same building across the street with Wyndham on one side and Emerald beach on the others side. It was quite a maze logistically to get around. Once we learned how to get around, we were much more at ease. If an explanation of the layout and parking was given initially, I believe it would help with the check-in process. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The condo was just as described and was wonderful for our family. We only had a few things that were issues. The screen on the sliding glass door was ripped when we got there, thankfully not a lot of bugs this time of year (probably because of the wind tunnel it creates when you have it open). The entry door and the master bedroom door both “stick” and are hard to open/close, but that’s very minor. Everything else was great!!

The resort is lively and in a great location. The ocean was turquoise and the water was clear and beautiful. Have chairs and an umbrella provided was great. Make sure you have the right garage code upon arrival. The condo was nice, but could have been stocked better. We also found old food in the cabinet above the stove. It was very spacious and my kids loved the bunk beds. I would recommend putting some rugs down to prevent sand in your beds. The master bed was HARD as a board (some people may like that) and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. But other than that, the condo was good. We enjoyed the beach and Starbucks on property.

The condo is how it is described. There are a few things that could use some repair. The door to the master is busted at the bottom, the towel rack falls down in the master bath and the toilet paper holder needs replaced. There was some staining on the chair cushions and the comforters for the bunk beds were stained (I did call about it and they brought replacements the next day). A piece of advice go to the stand on the beach early your 1st morning to get your chairs. Overall a decent place for the cost.

I really loved the view of the property and the layout. I will say we didn’t get to check in at 4 because they weren’t done cleaning and I felt they rushed it because they knew we were there so some things didn’t seem so clean; oh and we got locked out because our battery in the lock died so we waited for maintenance. I would stay here again though, it’s in a good location, nice pool areas as well. I didn’t really have to communicate with the owners other than calling the emergency line over us being locked out! Thanks!

The property and amenities were good but the actual condo itself was not. The sofa bed springs were broken so we had to purchase an air mattress. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were like a piece of paper. There was very limited silverware, cooking utensils and pans. Everything was bare minimum.

Reviewer Comments: To start you can’t find your way around this place , you have to take several slow elevators to parking, The couch is in horrible shape, the bed inside the couch my mom slept on fell through to floor , the front door wouldn’t lock when we left to go somewhere and the key pad was falling off the door : took me 2 days to get in touch with someone to fix it . The other beds hurt your back and the master bedroom could not feel any air in the room :: the balcony door was super hard to open and shut, it was also broken, the master bedroom tv did not work for a few days and the living room tv kept going out : over all it was not my favorite rental for that much money , could use a good cleaning also . Will not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We come to PCB twice a year in May and October have always had great experiences this time was a little different at the resort everyone has always been really pleasant but this time the security guard was really rude and instead of asking if we needed help she was yelling at us telling us we couldn’t park where we was at my husband was trying to remove the luggage rack so we could park the car because it wouldn’t clear but there wasn’t any signs saying what the height clearance was and this was the first time we had used a rack on our suv. The condo wasn’t very clean there is black spots on the ceiling in the living room thick dust on the baseboards throughout the condo and the lamp shades in the bedrooms. In the master bathroom the shower was dirty the paint around the light in the shower was was peeling off and rust around the light the caulking around the bottom of the shower was black.The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable the tv in the master wasn’t working properly. The washing machine had a musty smell where it had been closed up for awhile .I understand completely it’s hard to maintain the rentals to everyone’s liking we love staying at this resort do every year cause the location and the resort.I just feel for the price that you pay that could be a little more cleaner.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm sad to say that this condo was not what we hoped for. It does have beautiful views and the pools are perfect for the kids. But when we got there the condo was not clean. There was trash, chocolate, a dirty cup in the guest bed! There was dirt everywhere on tbe floor. Loose hair ans dirt in the drawers. There were many dirty dishes where no one washed them and put them back in the cabinets. I called when we got there to let them know it was dirty. The owner of the condo called me directly and was very nice. He sent them to clean it again and although they did sweep the floors better the guest bed room still had trash on the bed and the sheets were still dirty and their was still dirt and hair in the bathrooms. So I had to wash the bedding and clean the condo to feel like it was clean enough for us to stay. We were able to enjoy our trip but it was disappointing to look forward to this trip and walk into a dirty condo.

It’s close to shopping and some restaurants. The arcade across the street was fun for my children. In regards to the room: 1. The appliances need uodated two of the burners on the stove do not work. The microwave is extremely loud. The tvs are NOT smart one didn’t work and one was only in black in white. Not many channels either. The beds in both rooms are not comfortable. The spare bedroom had sand in the bed when we arrived. I immediately had to wash sheetal and the blanket. The room was sort of clean but you could tell they didn’t do a great job. All the corners on the floor were black and everything was dusty. The couches are so uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The kitchen chairs really need to be steam cleaned they are stained. it wasn’t terrible for what we paid and we had a great time. We just didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

The King beds in the 2 bedrooms were very nice and the Queen Size Murphy bed in the great room was super comfortable with the memory foam mattress. We did not use the bunk beds or the sofa sleeper for sleeping but they also seemed nice. Would stay here again!
