The kitchen, living area, and dining area offer plenty of seating options for all and are open to the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from your sliding glass door that leads out to the private balcony. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from here, just high enough to see for miles and miles, while listening to the sounds of the waves gently washing ashore below. We love Sunrise Beach and have been coming to this building for years. This unit is more spartan than others we’ve stayed in. Not sure if it’s the unit or new management.

It was a perfect room for larger families. We loved the tall ceilings, loved the open concept and the balcony! The pool to the left is heated. The traffic going north is horrible. Always. Except in the early morning. The property made us feel safe. And was also very clean. The dishwasher leaks, the disposal leaks, so do not put anything under the sink. Otherwise, very clean and easy accessible.

This was a great unit for our needs, EXCEPT: 1. The Tv's were NOT user friendly and 1 didn't work at all. 2. The security at this condo was out of control. They were nitpicking EVERYthing we did! 3. The master bath toilet just ran all the time . 4. The master bath tub took FOREVER to drain. 5. The shower leaked in the master bath. 6. The fan in the kids room did NOT work and it made it warm in there. 7. The door to a smaller closet was broken in the master bedroom. Overall, we had a good time but would not stay here again due to the strict rules of the pool. You could not have drinks or floats in the pool and it closed at 10 pm which is early for us on vacation.

This is my 3th time staying in the resort. My 2nd time staying in 610. The first time we stayed it was so nice and update and that's what I was looking for in this time. This door handle on the siding door was broken and it was very hard to open. The cute little chair that's in the picture are no longer there. None of the beds had comforter or blankets 😒. But we was told that a few days before we arrived. One of the sinks in the master bathroom took a long time to drain. The other bathroom had no shower liner...a shower curtain but no liner so keep getting wet. It just wasn't the same this time. I may be choosing another resort for out need trip.

Everything was pretty perfect...the room was a perfect fit, the location of the room, its balcony. We plan to return to the this property.

We were greeted when we first walked in our room door when the awful smell of fish hit us in the face. The whole condo smelt like rotten fish. The condo itself was spacious for us 9 people. The room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned. We had to wear shoes the whole time because the floors were so nasty along with sand and dirt all over the couch. We only received a few towels for 9 of us. Our toilet in the master bath was broken and we reported it to staff which stated someone would be by to fix it and no one ever came. The ceiling fan in the bunk room didn't work. No batteries in remote for tv. The master shower head was broken so only a small amount of water would come out luckily my husband was able to fix that. The coffee pot was melted through so not able to make any. The closet door had to be placed back on henge to be able to close. The majority of these issues were reported on our first day but no one ever came the whole 5 days we were there. Definitely will not be staying here again.

This condo was a pleasure to stay at, I will definitely use again.. .it was clean and well kept. ..The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and I particularly loved the art work all over the condo. ..the condo overall was a 10 in my book and hopefully I will return next year again. ..just a side note to owners, the master bathroom toilet handle was a little challenging at times and the balcony light switch is upside-down in the master bedroom. . .THANK YOU for a beautiful stay in Panama City Beach Florida!!

All the TV’s needs upgraded. More sitting in the living room (only 4 seats). 9 seats in the dining room and balcony which made it very crowded. Other than that it was nice.

Nice unit but I don’t feel they cleaned very well. The floors were turning our children’s clothes and feet black! The fridge and coffee pot were both broken and it took 4-5 hours to get a replacement mini fridge that wouldn’t hold all of our items. The coffee pot was replaced the day before we checked out. The unit master and bathroom were big and spacious! The guest room was spacious and the extra “room” was small but it did the job! The front rooms are loud at night so bring a noise machine and maybe something to black out the windows if you have small children. The elevators all worked and the parking garage is a nice touch- but you have to pay for parking. It’s not included in the rental. Easy access to beach and a beach chair set was included in the rental so that was nice! Overall nice condo but could use some new rugs or better cleaning on floors.

We have stayed at sunrise for 10 years, this was by far the worst visit. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the shower. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The right side of the master bed felt like a hole. Additionally security at the pool was ridiculous counting how far away (4 feet away from pool), my 3 year old could have their Capri sun. Additionally I witnessed them make approx 70 year old woman get her pass bracelet to stay around the pool. I understand their are rules but it was over the top. We were not the only people very annoyed by security at the pool. Super disappointed spending 1650$$. In years past it has been great but I guess things have changed. We even encouraged 2 family friends to rent condos with us this year. Thankfully they were happy with theirs. One stayed in the condo we rented last year and we’re super happy with it.
