The dining area includes a table that seats six guest, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen Smart TV/cable and a full bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer, and there is tile throughout the unit. The balcony has five chairs and one large table. View-faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view half of the D/E pool area from the balcony.
