This luxurious penthouse has 10' ceilings, three bedrooms, two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and offers breathtaking gulf-front views, ensuring an unforgettable stay for families, couples, or solo travelers.

The gulf front bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom features a king bed and private bath access, and the third bedroom features a twin bed and trundle. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably sleep 8 people. With a laundry room sporting a full-sized washer and dryer, this unit is perfect for your next get-away!

WIFI is available in this unit and throughout the building.

In 2025, from March 1 through October 31, your rental includes TWO beach chairs with padded cushions and ONE large beach umbrella, all set up for you each day on the beach.

For stays 28 days or fewer, you will receive one free admission to each Xplorie attraction on each day of your stay, including the day you check in and check out!

A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

Great place!

My kids and I loved our stay in in this condo! While it looked just like the pics, when we arrived, we all agreed it was actually even bigger than we thought we it would be! Everything is well kept, clean, the decor is nice, and the location is great - having the convenience of the chairs ready for us down at the beach was awesome, the pool was really nice, and we loved being able to walk to Pier Park. Communication with the host was great, and we had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, great location

The condo was everything that was described, beautifully decorated with lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. The beach was easy to access, the pools were small but comfortable. We would have liked a hot tub as well but made due with lots of beach time, even rented jetskis. We used the Shuttle service to Shell Island, I highly recommend checking it out. We dined at Maguires Pub one night, also highly recommend. Our teens enjoyed Pier Park and all the little shops there, would only recommend solo trips there before the late night hours lots of spring breakers. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

My kids and I loved our stay in PCB and loved staying in Calypso 2302 West! While it looked just like the pics, when we arrived, we all agreed it was actually even bigger than we thought we it would be!
