This was our 7th year coming to Pinnacle Port and this condo was hands down one of the best we have stayed in. Everything was clean and up to date. Amazing views of the ocean and Lake Powell. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures. Loved the ocean view! Pots and pans in good condition we have stayed in some rooms that were not good.The bad: dishwasher didn’t wash good, dryer took forever had to run 3-4 cycles. Could have used a few heavier blankets. A hairdryer would be good most have one in the room. The water in the master shower would go from scalding to cold to scalding, not sure why?

Unit gets a 1 rating but Pinnacle Port 5… terrible customer service from manager.

Pinnacle port offers alot of fun, and beautiful beaches. As far as the unit, i have stayed in much nicer ones, with great service from the managera. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Called and texted everyday for the firat 4 days. Customer service kept telling me a local member would call me back and never got clean sheets nor a call back. Water turns from scalding hot to cold in both showers. Very dissatisfied. No spices to cook with as a convenient

Pinnacle port is a great place to stay…. A few improvements

We really enjoyed our stay and actually extended it one more day. The place was super cute and we loved the set up with the bunk beds downstairs. Great for kids. The property itself could use a little TLC. When we first walked in we noticed a bad smell and finally found that the kitchen sink has issues. It looks like it’s being held up by a 2x4 and there was a bucket under the left side of the sink containing the culprit of the nasty smell. We dumped it and cleaned it out which temporarily solved the problem. Also noticed a few small holes here and there, a broken door stop in the master Bathroom too. It really is a nice place and I would probably stay again once I knew that was taken care of!! We also could not find a dust pan anywhere and a few extra blankets would have been nice because it got cold. Anyway, I think a little TLC would help and we would be back!! Pinnacle port is a great little place for families 👍👍 Thank you!!

Great location

The beach location was wonderful. The condo was a little small for a family of 5, but worked well for our needs. Beach access was quick and easy, though if you want to access the beach before 8am to set up you will have to find a different access location; the condo building access doesn't open until 8am. The condo was clean and well stocked with the kitchen essentials. It looks as though the condo recently had its floors updated, however whomever performed the job didn't do that great of a job as many of the baseboards are pulling away from the wall already. The beds were comfortable. If you get cold easily then I suggest bringing additional blankets.

The ice never worked during our stay. We had to buy ice everyday during our stay. There was sand on floors and in and on the secondary bedroom’s bed. We would have changed the sheets but didn’t see any extras in the closets. One of the steps on staircase was loose and made a very loud noise when stepped on.. The unit was updated and nicely decorated on a better note. We would not stay in this unit again.

Usable property

Unfortunately the pictures did more justice then what we found when we showed up. It appeared to be renovated by someone that didn't know what they were doing trim wasn't attached to walls mini blinds falling apart kitchen sink being held up by a broom handle and a rock property was clean and we made it work but not what we was expecting for 3000.00 dollars

Great views of the gulf and the lake. Great location. Internet was spotty. Cable did not work upstairs the whole stay.

Good location dirty room

The room was not very clean at all. Sand all over everything. Couches were badly stained. Air conditioning did not work very well. TV and internet didn't work half the time. Location was nice but the condition of the room brings down the rating.

The unit is well appointed. Has all the necessities for a condo plus some.

All was perfect except none of the 3 televisions worked upon our arrival Sunday late afternoon. Had to call Monday and meet technicians at the unit mid morning. Bedroom TVs were fixed but not the one in living room. Also no remote for one of the TVs. My Hubby is a news junkie so this left him very irritated.
