Great ocean front condo, plenty of room and beautiful views to enjoy. Grocery store and shops were close to walk and convenient. Dog pier was close to enjoy for our pup.

PCB stay

The townhome was very clean and provided necessities for our stay. It was a very easy process for checkin. The deck had a sofa and chairs with a covered pergola so we could enjoy the beach/ocean.

Fall Break family stay

The condo was spacious and we had room for everyone to have their own space. The two separate water hoses between the deck & the bottom of the stairs made cleaning off the sand convenient. Great location and just steps to the beach. We were happy with our stay.

We stayed in PCB for a wedding. We absolutely loved that the back porch leads right to the beach. Super clean property. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Beach get away

The townhome was just as listed; clean, spacious, and just steps from the beach! We throughly enjoyed our stay at Panama City Beach! Restaurants were close and the white sand beach was peaceful.

My fiancé and 2 of our friends booked this place for a quick getaway. It was very clean and had good amenities, & plenty of space for us. We liked the quick easy access to the beach & the views from the porch & primary suite were great. We would definitely book again.

Fall Break getaway

Looked at several different townhomes and so glad we chose this one. The host was excellent. Very good communication even called during stay to see if we needed anything. Home was perfect. Clean. Beds where comfortable. Very nice to have 3 bathrooms. And the backdeck being right on the beach was PREFECT!!!! So nice to sit on deck and drink your morning coffee and listen to the waves and be able to walk right out on beach. Highly recommend this townhome for your next stay in Our Happy Place. We will be back again next yr.

Our stay this year February 2021 was a bit cold but the ocean view right on your back porch was great. New, comfy patio furniture and grill was great and gave us the relaxing weekend we were looking for. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Quiet, relaxing getaway

Great location, beautiful beach, nice proximity to groceries and shopping. One minute walk to the water. Very well stocked kitchen if you like to cook/eat in. Our host responded quickly to a TV problem. Everything you need to relax is here. The first floor bedroom is great if you have elderly parents along. It’s also quite spacious. Definitely would love to stay here again!

100% smash with the family. First and foremost is beach access. Steps from the sand and water for hours of fun! Townhouse is has everything and more than expected. Everything you need for a fantastic experience are provided. Location is just minutes from Pier Park shops and restaurants Arby’s, McDonald’s, Winn Dixie, and a new convenience store are located across the street. Thomas’s Donuts, a Panama City Beach staple, is a easy 3 minute drive or 2 mile stroll. The deck has a great seating area with plenty of space for your entire group to sit and enjoy the view of the beach and gulf.

Amazing property

From reservation to check out was such an easy process. The property was great! not crowded or noisy. The view of the water and the sunsets were stunning. Enjoyed the covered area on the deck after spending time in the sun. We only had one issue... the storm door at the entrance did not latch and when the wind blew hard it would catch the door and then slam. That was annoying, especially at night. I texted the property manager and never heard back. Luckily, I slept like a baby after the first night. I would LOVE to stay there again. Thanks for having us!

I’m not mad but I wasn’t impressed.

I have to say I was disappointed for the cost. Overall we got what we needed but this place had definitely been given the landlord special. Under the back deck was trashy with toys thrown all over. The most frustrating was the “clunk”, we guessed it was the A/C but it sounds like someone throwing luggage down the stairs and happens randomly all throughout the night.
