Capistrano #203 is nestled among the palms in Seacrest Beach along 30A - just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway offers designer décor, luxurious furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, a waterfront balcony and unobstructed views of the glistening gulf! Guests can enjoy private beach access as well as nearby restaurants, entertainment, boutiques, art galleries, and more!

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops as well as stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with seating for 3 at the breakfast bar as well as seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area offers plush furnishings, and a large smartTV. Oversized sliding glass doors provide access to a furnished balcony and allow floods of natural light to enter this carefully curated space. The guest bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed and has convenience to a hallway bath with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom is located near the entry and offers a luxurious king bed with new mattress, a flat-screen TV, and access to an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed WIFI, a brand-new stackable washer and dryer, and reserved parking. There is no elevator for this complex and only one parking spot per unit.

Capistrano is located just off South Walton’s Scenic 30a near Camp Creek Lake and just minutes from Seagrove Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. This splendid location is close to many wonderful restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, specialty boutiques and family friendly festivals. And with emerald-green waters and white sand beaches just steps away, good times are always on the horizon at Capistrano #203!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Great get away!

This is a beautiful property overlooking the water. The views are amazing and we loved the proximity to the towns on 30A. The interior of the condo was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect little slice of heaven

Booked this for a short getaway with my two teenage daughters. The view from the back deck is what sealed the deal and it didn't disappoint. Check in was easy, the staff was also responsive to my texts with any questions, and the condo was perfection.

Great Stay and Location

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Beach access is right in the backyard, we had free access to two beach chairs and an umbrella already on the sand. The location was walking distance from alys beach and rosemary.

Nice place with a ell kept back yad area, very pretty and relaxing. It does take several flights of stairs to get to the beach, but nice quiet beach and the included beach service was a huge benefit! Great location!

Beautiful apartment and location! That view is insanely hard to beat, and I loved the setup with multiple bathrooms/bedrooms. It was also spotlessly cleaned when we arrived and the communication with the property manager was always good and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolute paradise. Right on the beach. The chair service was amazing. Set up every morning. Just a short walk down the stairs, and you are on the beach. Condo was spotless. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Spring Break at Capistrano #203!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! The unit was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The ocean views from this unit are stunning. LOVED the private beach! We rented bikes and rode daily to Rosemary and Alyssa beach area for dining and shopping. Our much more athletic teenagers even rode to Seaside to hang with friends! A win all around!

Directions were very accurate. Rooms were very clean and organized. Plenty of space. Ver very easy access to the beach and bike/walking path. Didnt have the beach gate access code ahead of time but quickly figured it out. Wonderful views of the ocean. Easy check out process. Will stay here again.

Nice Condo! Hidden gem.

The building itself belies the quality inside of this unit. The exterior looks like a 90s Spanish-style building, nothing special. However, the rear of the property is extremely well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. The beach is only a set of stairs away. Inside the condo is where this place sings. Dang-near brand new everything. Very cute and understated decorations. Very good furniture and tvs. Showers were alright, nothing great, but zero complaints. Kitchen was extremely well-stocked, and very organized. We would return to this location again.
