Great location! 1.4 miles to Pier Park and public pier, and steps onto private sandy beach. Every room has an amazing view and sounds of the surf. Master and Living room open up on to 10x28 deck to enjoy outdoor dining and amazing sunsets.
Building Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools,hot tub,sauna,workout room, steam bath,and beach front showers.Of course an amazing beach at your footsteps.


Ocean Reef is newly built and loaded with amenities. Located on the beach front, enjoy a grill, lap pool, and whirlpool and a paved lounging area. Indoor pool and exercise room with views, as well as steam and sauna rooms. Reserved covered parking space, as well as RV/boat parking available to renters. Being on the largest 27 mile, world class beach. You'll never tire of looking over the turquoise water and quartz white sand. The building is centrally located near all sights and attractions in the area.

The condo offers a casual, yet elegant, upscale B&B feeling, with high quality furnishing, bedding and personal touches throughout. Master bedroom with king sized, double sided pillow top mattress with Egyptian cotton bedding, two nightstands, 32' HD TV, a huge dresser, and double sinked en-suite with marble finishings.

Second bedroom with the same features, including a Blu-Ray player, and amazing sunrise view.

Granite counter and hardwood cabinet kitchen, fully equipped with service for 12 and all that is needed to prepare gourmet meals.

The location is perfect. Condo is on the beach and there are activities and restaurants across the street. Dawn is an excellent communicator and host. Check-in was a breeze. Everything was exactly how it was described on the booking information. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will book again.

Came for a getaway. Excellent location. Close to so many things too. Beds were comfortable and we needed for nothing. Beautiful view. Dawn was very responsive if we had questions. Staff at building is very nice and do a great job of assuring safety of property.

The condo was perfect. Very spacious rooms. Two bedrooms with two full baths met our needs. Laundry room with storage for beach chairs, wagon, and supplies that we brought was nice and out of way. Kitchen and dining was very clean. The tv seating couches were very comfortable. The view from the 15th floor balcony was great. Balcony furniture was also comfortable. Looking forward to booking this unit again.

This town shuts down the ocean for the entire time we were in town. They have no lifeguard stations and when ocean is a little rough the double red flags come out. In case your not familiar with the flags, when there are double red flags hung the water is off limits. Now you would think they would let you at least stand at waters edge and let it roll over your feet. No they were patrolling the beach in numerous vehicles giving tickets to people. $500.00 fine! Never going back!

We have vacationed at several places up and down the coast. This was by far one of the best. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony is big! Dawn answered all questions we had and was very easy to deal with. The beach and ocean was fabulous. We saw a couple of sharks, stingrays, and a turtle. The waves were so much fun to play in. The location is perfect because it is not on a busy part of the beach. Of course, we came right before the busy season. If I had to find one downside, it would be the beds. The mattresses were a little hard. But you can't possibly find a mattress that would suit everyone, so it was fine. That is not enough of a reason to keep us from staying here again. We would definitely visit again and hope to soon!

Owner is fantastic. Check-in was easy. There was a problem as we arrived with the door lock but housekeeping notified the owner and a repair person was there within the hour to replace the mechanism. Unit is exactly as pictured. Huge balcony. Plenty of hot water. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit. My only personal complaint is that the beds are too soft but they seem to be quality mattresses, just not as firm as I would like. The weather sent us home a few hours early but that's October for you. Really close to Pier Park and other amenities. Security on-site which is nice. They are sprucing up the exterior with new paint for a fresher look but it did not interfere with our stay at all. Like this unit and complex a lot! Thanks, Dawn, for sharing your lovely winter home with us!

Dawn, Thanks so very much for letting us spend a few days in your Florida home. It was even better in person. The photos are all true but when you get there it is so much better. The condo was awesome, very clean, well maintained and all the amenities were perfect. We just loved the location and my family had a blast. We awoke each morning to the sound of the beach, and the gorgeous views and that really is what it is all about. There was pleanty to do close by for the 15 year olds and great seafood and shopping at Pier Park. This was probably the best experience I have had in dealing with a condo Rental. Dawn is the best and so very pleaseant to work with. I hope that you get a chance to visit this location as it is all it says it is. We liked it so much we even cleaned up after ourselves, vacumned the floors and stripped the beds, just so Dawn will hopefully let us come back. :-) :-) We have been in many condo rentals and this experience with Dawn, just made all of lifes craziness take a break for a few days. We even got in trouble with the HOA for hanging our towels over the balcony. OOOPPPSSS sorry, but it just added another reason to the good list. They expect you to follow the rules, and when you don't they politely let you know. That is great. One last thing the undercover parking was great............ I could go on and on but I would start to bore you......I will just say it was all so very good. I highly recommend this location.. Dawn, thanks again for a wonderful few days at the beach. We loved our stay! The condo has direct access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrellas right in front of the condo. Although we didn’t utilize them, there are chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and beach cart in the condo you can use. Owner was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This condo was great! The location was amazing! The host, Dawn, was so accommodating and she even messaged me letting me know that we could get into the property 2 hours early. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time in the condo.

Pros: Our condo was very clean and spacious. The views from the 15th floor are absolutely beautiful! Our kids had a blast at the arcade, put put golf, and Go-Karts located right across the street. There is private beach access and not super crowded. Dawn, the owner of the property, was so helpful before and throughout our stay! Cons: The elevators are ridiculous!! It took us three hours to get all our stuff up to the condo. We waited as long as 45 minutes to get onto an elevator. There are three elevators, but one of them has been out of service since February, according to another property owner we spoke to while staying there. I think most rooms only have one reserved parking spot (ours did anyway) and some of the spaces are extremely narrow. If your party has more than one vehicle, you have to park one of them accross the street. Lastly, golf carts aren't allowed on this property at all, even in the overflow parking lot, which was very inconvenient since that is the best way to get around the beach. Hopefully management will make some necessary improvements because this really is one of the best places I've stayed at the beach!

This condo is wonderful. Beautiful balcony views, has everything you need for your stay. It’s quiet at night, beds are very comfy. My best friend and I have stayed here a couple of times and plan on coming back each time we visit Panama City. Dawn is awesome to communicate with. We can’t wait to visit again. The beach is phenomenal and you walk right past pool to get to the beach. Pool indoor and outdoor was fantastic. Great visit
