Beautifully decorated condo in the best location on the beach. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teens. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants (Pier Park) was a bonus.

I would highly recommend staying at Aqua 308. The location in the complex was perfect and my son loved the bunk room. It was a great size and overall a perfect stay.

Amazing experience!!!

Everything went so smooth from booking to checking in, and the stay was great. The property was clean and fully stocked. The views from the balcony were amazing and the pool and beach access made our time there with our kids very easy.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The condo is very nice. The view is amazing watching the sun come and sun go down. Watching the dolphins swim. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic beach vacation

If you have any doubts about this condo, don’t. Our stay was great. The location was perfect for us. Super close to Pier park. The condo was very clean and everything worked just fine. I would recommend this condo to anyone with kids. A+ from us!!

Perfect location and experience

Loved the well appointed condo. Clean and roomy and the location was incredible. Just less than half a mile to Pier Park and Runaway Island. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved having the reserved beach chairs. 3rd floor location was wonderful and elevators were fast. Would definitely book this condo again. Kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of towels too.

Great condo for 4-5 People

Great location on 3rd floor near secondary elevator. Very clean and functional. Owner really put some thought to what renters want (door and curtain to bunk room/2nd bath, comfortable couch and chairs, big TV, etc). Would definitely stay in this one again!

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and accommodating for our family. Being on the 3rd floor that connects directly to the parking garage is a huge advantage as well. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself but with the beach ramp at Aqua where you can take wagons, strollers, etc down, but ends in several steps. The ramp needs to be continued to the bottom.

The cleaning crew did allow us to put our groceries away though. We then received a call that the cleaning crew would be done soon. Luckily, we did not have to wait too much longer. The unit itself was very nice and well-kept. The kids enjoyed the bunks and the unit had plenty of room for a family of 4. The balcony was nice and the pools were a hit. Overall, we would consider this unit again for future vacations. Bookbeach made whole process very easy from booking to departure.
