July 4th family vacation

My family and I had a great experience at the Aqua Resort. The condo was decorated very pretty. Our view of the beach was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. The elevators were fairly quick. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Spring Break getaway

The rental was exactly as listed. Very clean, liked the 3 separate bedrooms each with a bathroom. Perfect location to Pier Park and restaurants in walking distance. Kitchen set up made for breakfast and lunch in condo. Ventured out at night for dinner and explore the area. We would stay in this exact condo again.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. I love the layout of the condo. Instead of being long and narrow like most condos it was wide and spacious. Plenty of room for our 7 adults. Comfortable beds and plenty of clean seating for all. Loved the big balcony and furniture on it. Great big dining room table too. We were very happy the whole week.

Fantastic location and access to pier park. Property does need minor improvements (rug, needs pot holders, paint ) The check in process was so easy and pre printed parking pass was key! Great communication with the broker was so very helpful.

Perfect Condo in PCB

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. It has everything you need, tons of space, gorgeous views and is decorated beautifully! We were very pleased with our stay - five stars for sure! The complex itself is fine - long waits for elevators (during peak check out time 2 of 4 elevators were out of order for a 23 story building) and pools very crowded (and loud until quite late in the evening!)

Great Stay

Condo was clean, lovely, and very spacious as we had 7 adults and never felt crowded. So many time we try and find a place for large families and they never have enough seating in den or at table, this place was the exception! The dining table had seating for 8 and the den comfortably sat 7. The resort style building was nice and they even had a small grill that also sold drinks right by the pool. The set of free beach chairs were easily acquired and they also had other things you could do through the same booth such as parasailing or banana boat rides. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Aqua 1002. We especially appreciated the patio furniture. It was very comfortable and appropriate for the space. The kitchen was very well stocked with items you may need during your stay. Laundry worked great. Living space was perfect for our party of 7. It was a little warm in the 2nd master, as we kept the door shut because of the loud air conditioning unit- however, we were just glad it worked. The management was very responsive and easy to get ahold of during and after our stay. The four beach chairs were definitely a bonus and one of the reasons we booked this unit. Honestly, we have been to Aqua 6 times and love it. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. Beautiful view, wonderful location, awesome weather!
