If you're bringing additional vehicles, there are three public parking lots managed by PCB City ($6/day), we'll be glad to share the detailed info prior to your arrival. Additional parking passes may be available during off-peak-seasons for purchase directly from HOA.

With your rental we provide the initial supply of soap, dish wash detergent, trash bags, and the toilet paper.

IMPORTANT:
- Upon your online reservation, a separate email from our GreatCondoRental will be sent to you with the link to Rental Agreement and POC (Point Of Contact) forms. These documents need to be SIGNED for your booking to be completed. Also, a clear image of your government-issued ID (Driver License or Passport) will need to be uploaded. The Door Code will NOT be released unless Rental Agreement/POC are signed and ID uploaded.
- Primary Renter Must be At Least 25 Years Old.
- Detailed arrival information (condo door code, etc) will be provided via email three days prior to arrival.
- Max occupancy - 10 guests (regardless of the age, sorry, no exceptions)!
