This beautiful condo can accommodate 8 people!

The KING SIZE MASTER SUITE with PRIVATE BATH & its personal access to the Gulf front balcony is a comfortable, private retreat with awe inspiring views, overhead & indirect lighting, quality bedding for the KING size bed, ample storage space & a flat screen television.

The SECOND BEDROOM is a spacious & serene bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, ceiling fan, flat screen television & PRIVATE access to the SECOND FULL BATH.

BEDROOMS THREE AND FOUR are on the north side of the condo. They are both furnished with QUEEN BEDS, ceiling fan, dresser, walk in closet & private access to the third full bath.

The WASHER & DRYER are in the large storage closet, right outside the fourth bedroom.

The open KITCHEN is spacious & well-furnished to assure ease of preparation and service. The large granite bar, beautiful custom cabinets & back splash adorn the kitchen’s Coastal Living style appeal.

The LIVING ROOM is also light & airy, with the dining table, sofa, love seat & 65 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV.

Great View

The location of this property was great! Close to a lot of shopping. The jacuzzi and pool (both) were amazing. The condo itself was amazing. Very spacious and accommodating. A couple of the beds were a little uncomfortable, but still made for a great nights sleep. Will defiantly stay again.

Excellent spring break destination!

My husband and I came down for the week to stay with my son and his friends for their spring break week. The property was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the fun. We had a blast and we’ll definitely be back.

Spring Break

Great condo, large enough for 8 adults with plenty of room. The balcony is the best! Pool area is very small with no shade or tables. Other than terrible spring break traffic this is a great condo.

Very nice place

We had a really great experience at this 4 bedroom condo. It accommodated all 10 of us perfectly. The pool is beautiful and our view was gorgeous. Check-in is very easy and the property management worked great with us. We will be using this property again.

Great Balcony

First time in Panama City Beach, and found it very beautiful. Saw dolphins, a manatee, and a sea turtle from the balcony of this condo. The beach was beautiful. Condo was exactly how it was represented but needs a can opener lol. Great time was had by all.

Beautiful condo and spacious balcony

Large condo with plenty of room. Kitchen is nice and plenty of seating. Beautiful views and large balcony. Great location right by everything. Would recommend updating the bed in master suite that was very uncomfortable and one of the beds in the room closest to master suite. Ice maker does not work. Would recommend including beach chairs as part of rental we were very disappointed at the cost it would be and this was the first rental (out of 7 others) that did not include them as part of rental.

Very nice

The condo was very nice , it was exactly what the description said it was - we were 3 hours early getting there but our room was ready , so that was great -- only problem we had was the elevators , 1 day they werent working at all -- and everyday our down button on our floor wouldnt work - we had to push up to get the elevator to stop , and unfortunately had to ride up to go down - i woukld definately stay here again

Great location

The condo was just like the pictures. We love taht area because it is easy to go in and out of the beach. The condo was clean besides the daily sand we get. We had an issue with the hot water and they came right away and fixed it. Love that we were on the 7th floor so if the elevators were taking long we could walk down. Overall great experience. Pros: just like the picture. Fast response. Corner view. Cons: elevators(out of their control) issue with water(they came and fixed it right away. They deserve a 5 stars and most likely will book again with them next year

We had just a couple of issues during the stay. There was some sand in the beds - the bathroom drain was so clogged the tub wouldn’t drain and there was quite a bit of overall dirtiness that should have been taken care of prior to us checking in. There was also issues with the elevators and lots of waiting! That was rough. We took the stairs some but that’s hard with a lot of stuff! The view was awesome and beach access easy! I won’t stay here again because I thought for the money it should have been more upscale and cleaner. But it was awful! We did have a fun week!

Needs a good cleaning & updating

The condo needs updated. The couch was not the one in the pic and it was worn out & dirty. One bed was completely broken and the mattress was caved in. There was 2 inches of mold in the bottom of the dish washer. The showers were slick...making it hard to stand up. The security people were very nosey and patrolled constantly while at the pool. They were constantly scolding everyone for every little thing. I understand there are rules, but some of the rules were extreme. Vacation is a time to relax but there was no relaxing with security hoovering everytime you visited the pool. We had a good time, but won't be staying at the this condo again. Definitely not worth the $. ECDI was easy to deal with but they need to do a walk through of the condos they are managing.

Ocean reef 709 a complete disaster

Reviewer Comments: We arrived in our unit at 2pm I received an email w/check in inst.i go the unit to get parking passes and immediately notice 6/7drywall hole patches called ecdi and the lady asked if the beds were made if so housekeeping had already came..they were she said she would make a note..we get our stuff and come in the unit and find a bed completely broken into, mater bedroom door handle broken.2nd bathroom door torn from the hinges etc..I took 2.5 hours to clean the unit so my family could come in..called 10+ time only to be told manager would call me back 10+emails still no phone call back! We made the best of it..they did send someone up to put a new box springs and mattress on the bed ..but no manager called not a peep!Will definitely never rent from this company again!After our return I looked on bbb and apparently this is how they do business!

Hard to Believe

We have rented many VRBO properties and this one was not what we expect of a vacation rental. You get 2 parking spots - 1 is the owners in the parking garage and 1 is in the overflow area. You are assigned a floor in the parking garage and there are 8 overflow spots. If you get there and they are full you go back down and across the street to the overflow lot. The parking garage is very tight and the corners challenging to navigate. The 1st red flag was when my daughter showed me the vomit and blood on the bedskirt and mattress. (I have pictures) The overall cleanliness was not to my standards, the windows walking into the condo are fitly, mold in 2 of the showers. The keurig did not work (did get one that worked) the TV in the master bedroom did not work, the cable box was missing and took 3 days to get resolved. The bedskirt in the master and the drapes were filthy on the bottom. Drapes in LR dirty also, along with the living room furniture that was not what was pictured. There was 1 dish towel for 2 weeks for 9 people. We did get 2 more. Ice maker did not work. We luckily brought our own ice machine. Patio furniture was not as pictured and the paint was chipping off. I caught my 18 month old granddaugter taking the paint off and trying to eat it. I have pictures of all these issues. I'm sure I have forgotten something but this gives a general idea of our experience. I would never stay there again.
