3BR Gulf Crest End Unit!!!! Sleeps 10!! Includes Beach Chairs!

Stunning views will be yours as soon as you enter this 16th floor Gulf Crest condo. It has windows all he way around the condo with ocean views.

This unit is a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit with a balcony that wraps around the entire unit. Not many 3 bedrooms in Panama City Beach have a balcony this big. This unit is on the west end of the building so the sunset views are incredible.

The master bedroom is located directly overlooking the water and does have access to the balcony. It has a king size bed and has stunning views of the ocean.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed in it and has balcony access also.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and also has balcony access.

All bedrooms have balcony access and all bedrooms have tvs.

There is a twin size bunkbed nook in the main area.

The living room has a sleeper sofa that can make into a bed.

The Gulf Crest complex is located on Thomas Drive close to numerous restaurants and attractions. It is near St. Andrews is nearby at Captain Andersons Marina.

*December January and February Snowbird Specials Pets are OK for monthly rentals.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

Beautiful wrap around porch and great pools. Early check in was great! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the mattress on queen bed was terrible and the pots and pans were not big enough to cook for 9 people. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. If they could replace the queen bed we would definitely book again. Sunset view was amazing.

Exactly as described

This unit is dated, but very nice and comfortable. The views are unmatched, beach, sun, sunsets, amazing. We did have some issues with checkin, some issues with appliances, but everything worked out fine. Would definitely stay again.

Vacation Rental

We loved this property! The wraparound balcony was amazing, we had some great sunsets, we saw from the balcony, dolphins, sea turtles, fish, and other aquatic life swimming around. We also visited many of the attractions as we had a large group (11 people) with different ages.

Gulf Crest is wonderful condo, but the condition of the units differ.

This was our 5th stay at Gulf Crest Condos, sometimes for a week with family and twice for a 4-6 week stay for my husband and me. The condo and the grounds are clean and well maintained. We have always been very happy with the units we have rented so we were excited to return last week. However, this unit was not up to our expectations. The unit needs attention, something we all have to address in our own homes through the years. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms need to be replaced. The beds were so uncomfortable that two adults in our family chose to sleep in the small cubby bunks rather than the beds. Some of the furniture and accessories are broken. The finish on the cabinetry is worn and peeling. The bathrooms are outdated and have numerous water stains and damage. The unit needs work. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.

As advertised, overall good stay

We’ve stayed in Gulf Crest yearly for maybe 5-6 years now. Despite cleaning until 4:00 on the nose, there was still dust hanging from ceilings and fans, floors were all very wet, so they tracked our first footsteps after taking off our shoes. Notable mold in the bathrooms Limited pans - made eggs and bacon in pots 9 total bath towels for our party of 10. The view was amazing - we’ve never stayed on the 16th floor (usually 5th-8th) Really pleased that the elevators were so fast! I don’t think we waited more than once or twice. We’ll be looking forward to a different 3 bedroom unit in the future, but we really appreciate the availability of this unit at short notice.

Desperately Needs A Deep Clean

Love Gulf Crest, all the amenities on the property are well maintained but not this unit! Extremely disappointed in this specific unit, it desperately needs to be deep cleaned. Will return to Gulf Crest this summer but will be staying in a different unit.

Perfect location

My family of six stayed here and the condo had plenty of room. The views are amazing. The condo is close to Publix baseball fields. We are planning on coming back next New Year.

Not Clean

This condo was filthy there was hair in the tub cabinets doors were falling off. Shower door was broken, couldn’t handle ion the balcony door living room side like the door was stuck. Floors were dirty, couch seem on left side was filthy. Was not impressed at all!

Nice vacation spot

When we arrived a repairman can in behind us to fix the dishwasher. There were plenty of dished/silverware and even a crockpot in the room. There was sleep space for 10, but only LR seating for 5. There were strong winds on the first night blowing off the gulf. The LR slider didn't properly close and made a really loud whirring/roar with the wind. We ended up opening the door about an inch and the noise stopped. The door is not seated well in the track. Overall the beds were comfortable and the condo was suited our needs well. Would rent this until again.

Needs a deep cleaning!

We have stayed in a condo at gulf crest for the past 17 years for fall break. I was not impressed with this unit at all. I contacted the management company as soon as we got there about the main door, it looked as if someone had kicked it in. They did send out maintenance to fix it the next day, the dishwasher would not drain, he looked at it but had to order a part. So we had no dishwasher the whole time and we have a big family and eat most meals in the room. He also changed out 2 or 3 plugs for us that looked like they had burned. The living room did not have enough furniture for a big family, it looked nothing like the picture. The patio doors was so had to open the track needed to be cleaned out. Master bathroom had mold on the door and the shower head. The floor was just gross. The unit truly needs a deep cleaning and an update.

Family vacation

Location was great. The condo was clean but does need updating. The washer was pretty dirty but I sent a message and they sent someone right over to clean it. The bed’s definitely need updating not very comfortable at all. We loved the balcony that wrapped around the condo. You cant beat the view and location. We would definitely stay here again if beds are better. But all in all it was a great stay

Beautiful Condo!

We booked this condo for a week and ended up extending our trip because we just didn't wanna leave it! It was beautiful and very spacious! The weather wasn't great some days due to the hurricane in south florida but we still had a great time hanging out in the condo! The host messaged back pretty quickly and was very nice! We will definitely be back!!

Disgusting!

As soon as we got there, we saw bugs! The room was nasty! It was late so we decided to sleep and go get cleaning supplies in the morning. I had to deep clean this unit so my infant grandson could be on the floor. I had to continue to clean the entire stay because it was roaches and they were EVERYWHERE! Even in the digital screen on the stove, coming out of the ice maker, in the cabinets-everywhere! It took me about 5 months to get a resolution from this company. And I still didn’t get a full refund. This unit could be perfect if it was just properly cleaned and cared for.

Great Space - Needs Updating and MAJOR cleaning!!

The space in this condo was great for our family! It was big enough for everyone to feel as if they weren’t crowded. The cleanliness of the condo however, was awful. There was sand all over the floor, the sheet rock around the showers was rotted and had horrible patch work. There was a whole in the wall in the common bathroom, mildew and mold in the master shower. All of the doors need to be replaced, especially the front door. It looks like some sort of animal chewed on it. More non stick pans wouod be nice, silverware that wasn’t tarnished. The patio furniture is all rusted and the patio door from the living room to outside barely shut and made a hollowing noise if it wasn’t locked. Almost all of the curtains were broke and need to be replaced as well. The master bed wasn’t horrible. The other two beds Al were decent. Could have been worse but weren’t awful. The location was ok but next time we will stay closer to pier park. Overall the space again, perfect but MAJOR cleaning and updates need to be done. Especially for the price we paid.
