High Pointe Resort is a gated-community on 30A, nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. For 15+ years guests’ have been returning to the calming, amenity-rich 15-acre complex experienced upon entering the community. The 6,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls, a kiddie pool and hot tub are a huge draw; as well tennis courts, golf practice net, shuffle board courts, barbeque grills, and the crowned jewel, Crabby Steve’s gulf-front Bar and Grill, which allows guests to enjoy lunch, dinner or Rhonda’s famous drinks right on-site with complimentary sunset views every day.

This Gulf-front unit has been fully renovated from top to bottom in a five-month renovation, completed in April 2019, and includes many custom upgrades and interior designer finishes. The white walls and bead board ceilings provide a calming, clean environment; all the while the custom coffee nook and stand-alone ice maker are added conveniences for guests. During renovations guests’ convenience was at the forefront; featuring new furnishings, flooring, lighting, bathrooms, custom mirrors and bedding, USB power ports, and large Smart TVs. Artwork, including the Parisian-artist painting on theater paper of the resident Tropical “Touc” Toucan, give the condo an updated, elegant atmosphere. The Primary Suite has a king size bed and the guest room includes two queen beds. A full-size washer and dryer with custom-designed doors for quiet laundering is located in the kitchen.

The emerald green, blue and white decor draw the colors of the Gulf right in to the kitchen, dining area, living area and Primary Suite. The view is majestic; guests feel as if they are right on the beach without ever leaving, with the help of the dining and sitting areas on the balcony. They enjoy the best seat in the house for sunset views!

Walking, shopping, or dining at over 20 nearby restaurants in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Villages of Seacrest are also a plus. Favorite restaurants at Rosemary Beach (.03 miles/2 blocks) include Pescados, Havana Beach and Grill at The Pearl Hotel, La Crema, Edwards, Wild Olives and more. Kids enjoy walks or bike rides to Sugar Shack as a vacation tradition. Alys beach also offers fabulous restaurants, including George’s, Caliza and Fontville Press, and world-class shopping too. 24W offers a calm, relaxing space to escape, while High Pointe Resort and establishments nearby offer more than guests could ever experience during their stay, which is why so many return year after year.

Nice Property on the Beach

We enjoyed our time there! Nice place with great views of the beach. Good location between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Crabby Steve’s was a fun and convenient spot for lunch and drinks.

This property was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! We had the best time, drinking our coffee on the balcony each morning, and looking at the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf! Have stayed at High Pointe for years. Great getaway for an anniversary. No extra spices and sparse on cooking supplies but we dined out most nights anyway. Hot tub was still available and sunsets were amazing!

Great location and accommodations

Our family, including an 11 and 8 year old, stayed for a week. The condo was a great space for our family and the view was incredible. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We rented bikes and walked or biked everywhere we went. The beach was also a very short walk. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Getaway

This condo was amazing! It was renovated, clean, exactly as the pictures showed, and the view can't be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every night listening to the waves and feeling the cool breeze. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We are already trying to plan our next trip back!

Perfect Beach Location

My family and I just spent the best week at this condo. The condo was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect. The kids loved the short walk to the beach and pool. Waking up every morning to turquoise waters and the sound of the waves was exactly what we were looking for. This condo did not disappoint. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This my was fourth or fifth year to stay at High Point. Two times the units have been fabulous. I think overall The buildings are showing their age. Great location and love having Crabby Steve’s on site.

Clean, well appointed, modern. Overall a wonderful accommodation. Entry in and out of gated community was quirky (rubber bracelets), with no information that they were required. Considering how nice the condo was, the mediocre WiFi was surprising. On top of that, our Verizon cellular service was also bad.

Getaway Trip

Beautiful area on 30A. Location to all shops & dining is great!! Air in master bedroom does not work good, needs better air flow. Ants in master bedroom . We had to close all panels to try to keep cool in condo . Which was a shame because the ocean front view was beautiful!!!! Hopefully these things can get fixed. Could be more attention to CLEAN 🌟 also

The condo was fantastic. Very clean and had all of the kitchen items needed. Incredible view. Beds were extremely comfortable. Awesome location, could walk to everything. The only complaints I have is that the bar/restaurant on site was closed for the slow season. That was never mentioned to us! The check in process was sent to us with codes for the front gate, but upon arrival we were given a wristband at the gate to get into/out of all gates. No need for any codes. If you arrive after hours, and noone is at the gate, I am not sure how you would get in, as the numbers on the gate pad are not legible. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Great view & amazing location!

We loved the High Pointe Resort and the condo unit! It's the only condo building that has a ramp for beach access making it easy to haul things back and forth. The pool is really nice and the private beach is amazing! The unit's view is right on the beach and you get an umbrella and 2 chairs with your rental every morning, which was a huge perk. We did have a few issues with the actual unit such as the toilet wasn't working, the access code to the unit wasn't correct, and we were missing resort bands, but the property management firm quickly fixed our needs. The condo unit overall is really well designed and clean. The internet was a bit slow, which was unfortunate because you don't have cell service in the building. One thing I would note, is this unit does not include any spices like other VRBOs I've been to and there was not any plastic plates/cups/wine glasses, etc. I felt like the kitchen was mostly stocked but lacking some basic things such as sheet pans. Overall, the condo was amazing and we'd come back!

Wonderful Getaway

This property was the perfect place for our little family's first visit to Rosemary beach. The view of dolphins passing by in the morning from the 2nd story balcony was amazing. The walk to the beach was very short and the condo was well equipped. The only thing I wish they had more of is toilet paper. We had to buy our own. We can't wait to come back!
