'Seadawg' is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath GULF front corner ground unit! The large fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops and back-splash. It opens up to the dining and living room, which gives it a spacious feel. Lots of counter space as well as a bar that allows more room for seating in the kitchen. Off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6 along with 3 bar stools. The dining room opens up to the breathtaking views of the Gulf. Access to the patio is off the dining room. The living room is open and spacious as well with comfortable seating on the couch or chairs. Flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound. Perfect room to relax and enjoy the panoramic views or an evening family movie!

The serene Primary Suite has a king bed with its own private En-Suite. Updated with granite counter-tops with double vanities and glass shower. There is also a large garden tub is perfect for those relaxing nights. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed with its own private bathroom suite. New granite counter-tops with double vanities and a shower/tub combo along with a large closet. Second guest room has twin beds and is bright and spacious. It has a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity with new granite counter-tops. The bath is also accessible from the hall.

Kids and adults will love the easy beach access, convenient beach services, restaurant on-site, grilling areas, tennis court, playground, and shuffle boards, along with a 6,500 sq. ft pool with waterfalls and a hot tub surrounding the lush landscaping!

The unit was clean and nice. We had everything we needed. The View was amazing and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was so nice. Wished there was salt and pepper or some spices. We did leave the ones we bought.

Wonderful place to stay!

We absolutely loved our time at High Point. The condo has been beautifully renovated and it has the most amazing view of the beach and ocean. The beds were all VERY comfortable and had plush bedding on them that was wonderful. We loved that each room also had an en suite full bathroom attached. Short walk to the beach and enjoyed the included setup of beach chairs and umbrella so that we weren’t lugging tons of gear each time we went down to the beach. Phenomenal pool too! The condo was absolutely spotless and was super close to the center of Rosemary. Only a couple of cons- we had a man enter the condo one morning while we were all asleep. He yelled hello a few times and then called out the number of a condo (that wasn’t ours) and walked down the hall before leaving. It was obvious that he was an employee of high point or maybe the cleaning company (?), but we (3 ladies) were all awoken and freaked out. It might be a good idea to add a lock for guests inside the unit for added safety and peace of mind so that someone can’t just come in at any time. Also, we felt that the checkout time was extremely early. I’ve never had a 9 am checkout in my life! I would have left the “cons” in a private message, but did not have that option for the review. These would not deter us from staying at this property again. The amenities, location, and everything about the condo were just perfect! Thanks for a great stay and we hope to come back one day!

Beautiful condo

A very spacious pretty home. However , housekeeping had left all of the dirty linens in bags in a closet. They did come and get them promptly after I called. The tile on the building foyer is old and broken. For the price charge, this should be fixed. Also our lock on the outside patio door was broken. The age on this facility is just starting to show. While our unit had been updated, the facility itself should be updated for the prices charged.
