Ooccasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.

Great place !

The beach is soft, white sand, the heated pool is great if you don’t like cold water, the hot tubs are actually hot, and the view of the ocean from the condo makes you want to leave the curtains open all day.We loved it, and the hosts were very helpful in giving info about the area.

Perfect spot for our family!

The condo was as advertised on the website. 2nd floor with a great view of the pool area and beach. We had a few questions during our stay and the property owners got back to us super fast and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay!

My little family and I had a wonderful trip to Panama City! We loved the convenience of our condo! It was very comfortable and being on the 2nd floor was the best! Our host was very responsive and a joy to work with! I highly recommend to families with kids or just a nice couples getaway!

Ahhhmazing!!

Cleanest condo I have ever rented. We were on the 2nd floor which means we never waited on an elevator! Stairs were perfect. Pool area was perfectly set up. Easy check in and even easier check out! Can’t wait to stay here again and again!

Disney pit stop

Me and my family stopped here and stayed for a night on our way down to Disney world. It was a very nice and clean condo in a good convenient location. The property owners were great and communicated very quickly with the couple of check in questions I had. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Very easy access being on the second floor. Large comfortable king size bed. Great view of the ocean. Comfortable couches as well. Good local close to restaurants. Prompt communication with owner.

Quick Family Vacation

The owners were amazing, great communication and you could tell they wanted you to have an amazing time. The beach chairs were amazing and the check in process was super simple with the guys at the beach. There were even shallow water chairs that we were able to use. The balcony overlooks the pool but it was never too loud, once the balcony door is shut you forgot how close you are. The property was absolutely perfect. You don’t need to leave the property with everything right there.

October Vacation

The Condo was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay and appeared as advertised. Taking the stairs from the second floor was very helpful. The king bed was very comfortable. Not very much distance from the balcony and people at the pool, but it did not bother us.

The perfect stay

The view is amazing. Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Pools, hot tubs were great. Had a great time meeting new people at the pool. Very easy access to beach. Simply wonderful getaway!

The property was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly! Very clean and the condo being on the 2nd floor was AMAZING! We still had good views of the water and the pool area, but we didn’t have to fool around with waiting on the elevators, we simply walked down a flight of stairs and we’re off to the beach! Yuliya was great and had everything we needed ready to go and would even check in via VRBO messages making sure everything was good and that we were comfortable. I would definitely come back to stay in this condo again, we had a wonderful getaway vacation, and a perfect place to stay!

Convenient getaway!

This was a perfect property for me and my two children. The only meal I needed to prepare was breakfast. Everything else can be purchased onsite. The little store at the pool had GREAT croissant breakfast sandwiches served all day. Having two pools was great too. Chair rentals were available right off the patio. Being on the second floor was a game changer-not having to wait on the elevator! Amazing communication with property manager. Looking forward to staying again!

Overall excellent vacation!

From the property owner to the weather, we had an excellent vacation, even though my granddaughter got sick from crab legs at no fault of anyone else’s other than I believe she just ate too many lol this vacation was amazing. The summit has a wait (broken elevator) for elevators by all means, but that is going to happen no matter where you go and where you stay there is going to be a wait at the elevator at check-in times and check our times, the host for this property or owner I should say was amazing. The communication was amazing. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I’m actually going to look at other properties that she owns and I will be booking with her in the future for sure!

Nothing short of AMAZING

This was by far the best room we have stayed in at The Summit! Everything was as described. Very well taken care of! We were worried about the view prior to getting there being on the second floor BUT you still get to see Everything. You can sit out on the balcony and listen to the live music or people watch. The condo is equipped with everything you could think of needing while on vacation! I also loved that there is a humidifier in the condo cause you know florida weather! And it’s only on the second floor, you don’t have to wait for elevators! We will definitely be returning and utilizing this room again! (Hopefully soon :) )

it is a cozy little condo ,the kitchen was stocked very well with quality cooking utensils, we do alot of cooking when we are on vacation and lots of condos have junk they expect u to cook with . any questions we had the hosts replied very promptly. we will definitely stay there again

Perfect location

We stayed in this condo for a month. We had excellent communication with the owner. We loved the large heated pool.. The condo building has excellent security. The grounds were well maintained. Waking up each morning and seeing the ocean was priceless.
