The wifi which is a basic amenity as per international standards was not available in rooms due to some reasons. Except that all else was above and beyond- staff was very courteous and helpful. Sonali and her team at the reception desk really do a great job.

Extremely comfortable space with ever smiling humble and happy staff to serve. They all were so so cooperative and friendly . Food and all meals were tasty . Completely safe since I was solo . Loved their hospitality. Being close to bus Stand helped so much for moving around in city . Travel desk too very good and helpful at odd hours too. Beyond satisfied with all the amenities Always consider if checking this side .They are just amazing and best. Gym too is good enough . Washrooms very clean all the time . Lounging area is so comfortable with so many options to hold meeting or relax .

Would definitely seek out Ginger hotels in future

One of the best hotels in its category. It is a minimal hotel but has everything. Very clean and organized, breakfast was great and location was nice (center of town, close to all attractions). Wifi is a bit slow though. But overall, I'd stay in this hotel and other Ginger properties again.

Great & conveniently located place

All the staff members were polite, pleasant, efficient! Specially front desk/reception staff like Ms. Anu and the kitchen/breakfast room staff manager Upadhyay and trainee Alum were great! They provided almost home like service to us. Very very nice service overall! Food was nice, too. We would like to stay there again on our next India trip (we were visiting from US, by the way).

Hi this is a great hotel in goa and one of the best stays i ever had, so kudos to the chain of hotels to come up with something good However the restaurant staff isnt properly trained i think, they need to work on that Also please do something about your bede , though its fine but sometimes not at all comfortable
